> 3 dayWhen the TreatLife app upgrades, it often loses the user credentials. When trying to re-input username/email and password, it fails. The reset password fails. It has required me to make whole new accounts just to be able to use the app again. Overall decent hardware, and the app is fine when the credentials are working, but I wouldnt recommend this due to the pain of it losing accounts all the time.

Greater than one weekWe installed some string lights on our patio a while back, which we love, but since we also sometimes use the patio for an outdoor movie theater the lights were always a bit too bright. We had searched for a wall switch dimmer but the one that we would have needed for our setup would have been extremely expensive, and would not work for our incandescent lights. The Treatlive Outdoor Dimmer was our solution! It made it extremely easy to use as we didnt have to change out the wall switch inside our home, just plug it into the outlet and the lights into that, and you are ready to go! Since it is weatherproof it makes it nice as it is outside at all times ( as the outlet is near the roofline, it is not easy to remove ). Now we can easily dim the lights for the movies or turn them up to full brightness when we need the area well lit. It is great! The Treatlife app was simple to download and install and had it working in just a few minutes. We connected it to our Alexa devices so we can now just say Turn on the Patio Lights and it works! The dimming feature works really well with these lights as it does dim them very low if needed. We can now enjoy our patio lights...and the movies at the same time! We would highly recommend

> 3 dayOverall, the Treatlife remote plug was easy to install and use for remote control of outdoor lights in my backyard. After having the unit for nearly two years, I noticed that the button on the unit to turn lights ON/OFF/Dim was not working. The plug was still controllable via the cell phone app. I sent an email to Treatlife to see if there was maybe a firmware or other way to reset the light. Treatlife responded to the email within a day, ask for some purchase information to check warranty, and ended up sending me a replacement unit because it was a month within the two year warranty. Totally unexpected, but grateful for a company with excellent customer service.

> 3 dayIt is great being able to run this from your phone. The app has a lot of options and is easy to use once you play with it a bit to understand the interface. Be aware though, that if you are going to use this with lights that have their own control box, it may nor work. I tried using it with Philips 70 mini lights - 8 color and motion effects. Even with the dimmer set to 100% these lights would not turn on at all. On Standard and LED Dimmable strands though, they work well.

> 3 dayOnly hay use the button control on 3 strings of dimmable lights, works great. Had to disassemble when it got full of water(from light rain) to dry out it out. Now it is only hooked up when is use, does not stay outside.

Greater than one weekOrdered this dimmer for outdoor string lights I recently purchased for our patio. It took me a few tries to sync it up to my WiFi and pair to my Alexa device, but once I did, it works like a charm. The app is great, too. Several options for automation and timers. Certainly exceeds my expectations.

> 3 dayThe smart feature stopped working after about 10 months. After trying to reinstall, it wouldnt connect with the app. In the end, the vendor replaced the unit with a new one.
