Greater than one weekI love this hardware wallet. I wanted to write a review to mention that on my initial setup, it wasnt connecting properly when I tried using a USB 3.0 port. I tried multiple cables and was getting frustrated, but I switched to a 2.0 and it was able to set itself up and preform an update. This update seems to have fixed that problem and now it works in either type of port. Not that theres really any need or advantage to using a 3.0 port in the first place, so thats on me I suppose. In addition to being a great cryptocurrency wallet, it doubles as a password manager through a Google Chrome extension. I dont use it for that on a daily basis, but it works great as a database to store passwords for things I dont use very often and am prone to forgetting.

> 3 dayI went to the Trezor website, to see if my crypto was supported, the website said yes. So I ordered a Trezor 1 hardware wallet. Once I installed it. I find out that its not supported. Beware of what is on the site. Super pissed off. Thanks a lot TREZOR!!!!!! The tech support is a total joke! Hal, the AI robot, gives you no answers If I could give you a -5 star review, I would

> 3 dayThis one went without a hitch. Suggest downloading and installing their new suite first. Then go over directions on the net second. Pay attention to loading a pin. Dont wiggle the wire during download or youll be sorry.

04-06-2025Its a pain in the neck. I have almost every crypto on coinbase, and this only supports a couple of them. You have to transfer each one individually, into its own wallet. Pay the coinbase fee, and then you cant check it without plugging it in to something. I guess some cryptos get added to the ethereum wallet, but it doesnt explain it, and Ive already spent hours transferring the few that were easiest. Im going to make it work, because this is the highest rated in the price range, but exodus and coinbase are way easier, just less secure.

> 3 dayIm one of the 20 percent of users who got a defective one. Device doesnt work and freezes up. Only detected a few times and then stopped working all together. Customer support is so bad it would almost be better if they didnt exist at all. They suggested I reset it to factory settings which is hilarious for two reasons: 1. Whats the point of even owning this lame device if you have to reset it to factory settings regularly 2. Resetting to factory settings didnt do anything. They also brought up that I should keep my keys separate in case something like this happens and well, yeah everyone knows that. Im not missing my funds because I have the keys, but this device literally does not work and offers nothing. I spent a little over $80 and basically got told oh well, thats why you should back up your keys offline. I dont say this much but I do hope this company goes out of business because what they are doing borders on fraud. Disgusing

> 3 daythe interface with Exodus desktop wallet is great -- thats by far the best usage for this wallet. but the big let-down is that it supports less than half the cryptos on Exodus, including some of the major projects like Cardano and Ripple. seems like theyre more interested in upselling you to the more expensive Model T than making this a better product. end of the day Id say its disappointing. either spend more and go with a Trezor Model T, or buy a Ledger Nano. I wouldnt buy this again.

> 3 dayI have both Trezor and Ledger Nano S, I really prefer the Trezor over the Nano S. The initial setup is way less cumbersome with the Trezor, also, the Chrome apps and trezor bridge are easier to use than the Ledger ones, there is also no need to install any apps onto the hardware wallet itself, it just works with BTC and ETH out of the box. Upgrading the firmware on the Trezor is also way simpler than doing that on the Nano S. Overall I find myself using the Trezor a lot more and would definitely go with Trezor if I need more hardware wallets.

> 3 dayI really really like my Trezor wallet. Having the option of the hidden wallet unlocked by secret phrase is really nice. Small enough to hide anywhere but recoverable in case of fire. Just be sure to store your backup phrases in two separate locations. Very customizable and idk what these people are saying about ads. Its untrue I’ve have a pleasant experience so far with mine. A1 choice for any miner or HODL’er IMO

> 3 dayi was using a variety of wallets for my crypto and was even keeping some on exchanges. Bad idea. I thought this seemed expensive, but several people i know from the slack im in told me very nicely that i was being stupid, and I needed a hardware wallet, and they said Trezor was the best. Now that I have one and use it every day, I agree. It interfaces with Mycryptowallet too if you are into erc20 tokens. So much faster and safer than anything else I tried, and I have e mailed customer support twice when I first got it and they were very fast in responding,. Also very patient with answering the questions I had. Great product, great support.
