Easy to inflate and deflate, very nice exercise ball.

We got a size L. It seems to be a tad big for my 6 year old... but she loves to body slam and throw her body around. This ball has been amazing. After bouncing, rolling, jumping and hitting it, rolling it over herself... just all kinds of manipulation. She paused, and sighed, mom, I LOVE this ball. A few moments later she was just laying over it and deep breathing like meditative deep breaths. So calm.... not sure I have ever seen her that deeply calm and happy. :D If you have a child on the spectrum or with some sensory difficulties. This was wonderful for us. My body appreciates the reprieve from those unconciously made body slam hugs. (XL would have been to big. L is ok. M may have been better though.... but L will do just fine. Her feet do not touch the ground when sitting... which allows her to use other parts of her body to balance. Which may be another win in itself.)

I recently purchased this ball to help me increase exercises to strengthen my lower back. So I just started using it and it is working out really well. This ball feels very strong and sturdy when inflated. Inflating it took maybe 3-4 minutes, it was very easy, and I used the hand air pump that came in the box. There were extra plugs and a plug removal tool also included. I am confident using the ball and haven’t had any problems with it. I am glad I bought it.

Blowing up the ball was easy as it included a foot pump. A plastic pin goes into the hole to secure the air seal. I have exercised with it with the full weight of my body (195 pounds) and not had any issues. I would keep it away from sharp table corners and objects but I suspect this product will last a long time.

We bought this yoga ball because our newborn liked to be bounced. The wrong size came I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent a new one out within the week. This ball is still going strong 8 months later. Best one weve had!

The included pump is not great and takes about 15 minutes to blow up by stomping on the pump over and over. Otherwise, the ball itself is great.

I really like that Amazon had a non-toxic exercise ball and that it was a good price, considering inflation. I love the color. For reference, I am 5’4” and got a size Large. I bought a Small previously and it was too small, so be sure to check the size guide. It was easy to inflate and has been working well for the last month that I’ve owned it. I appreciate that it comes with a foot pump too!

I am 5 1 and I have the xl ball, my legs dont reach the ground have to put my feet on a stool. I use the ball for my desk chair.. loving it other than the fact I dont reach the ground.

Love this ball, new addition to home gym. I am 6mo pregnant and will be using this often. Great price, overall very happy with purchase!

*Edit* they sent me the remover. Ball is holding up fine. Be warned the XXL is massive lol Did not receive the plug remover, so after following instructions filling to 80% and then attempting to wait 24-48hrs to fill to 100%, I cannot remove the plug to fill to 100%. The instructions say to use the plug remover, however I just received 3 plugs and no remover. Would be a simple contact to fix, but alas it states there is no service available for this item, and Amazon can only return, refund, or replace. I did not want to wait for all of that, I just wanted a complete order. Also it took me like 1500 foot pumps, you’re probably better of using a bike pump or compressor lol but I just used what came with it.
