Seems strong for therapy application. The pump supplied is too small for the large ball I bought, I have to use a boat pump to inflate mine, otherwise it may take a long time ~30+ minutes.

I love this yoga ball. I used it while I was pregnant and it helped me a bit. The only thing is people kept saying to make sure you get your right size and I got a L and I wished I got a XL. I was a bit closer to the ground with knee problems so if you are 5’6 and thing a L will be good. Try a XL and see. But great yoga ball in general!

I am 5 1 and I have the xl ball, my legs dont reach the ground have to put my feet on a stool. I use the ball for my desk chair.. loving it other than the fact I dont reach the ground.

I love that its pink. It is working great for my hip and knee exercises. It arrived right on time just as promised. It was easy to inflate and came with easy instructions.

Update on order ..The seller is sending me the larger one ..Thanks ……..I think I got the wrong size .when we blew it up out the package it was just a little bit bigger Then a basketball.make sure you order the right size .

I have bought this brand in the past and had no problems. I bought to have at my office and I only work 2-3 days a week at the office. The ball does not appear to have a hole or anything. I have my own office and dont know why this has happened. Update: I received a message from Trideer that they will be sending me a new ball. Thank you for the great customer service.

Sturdy for my therapy

I really like that Amazon had a non-toxic exercise ball and that it was a good price, considering inflation. I love the color. For reference, I am 5’4” and got a size Large. I bought a Small previously and it was too small, so be sure to check the size guide. It was easy to inflate and has been working well for the last month that I’ve owned it. I appreciate that it comes with a foot pump too!

Nice size. I’m using it for yoga and balance. I’m 76 so I have to watch out for my bones.
