I wanted to like this item, and I did for about a year. Then just after the year mark one of the USB ports started acting up. When I would plug my Iphone into it, the phone would vibrate on and off continually. I tried a different charging cable and got the same result. I tried those cables in the 2nd USB port and they worked fine. I emailed the seller for a replacement and they told me to contact Amazon for a replacement. I did that and I had to be transferred to 3 different people before someone said they could help. The process took 30 minutes. I was told that I need to wait 24 hours to hear from a lead who is supposed to be able to fix this. Bottom line is that this product is not worth the hassle. The claimed 2 year warranty is not real.

They dont seem to last long enough. Had to replace the one we use most often 2 times.

Nice product. Be careful when attaching wires. If you attempt to back off the screws far enough to loop a wire on, the backing nut will fall off and the outlet will be ruined. You MUST use the wire insertion holes and then tighten the screws down.

These usb outlets are an easy way to get a modern touch in your house. They also allow you to plug in more items to your outlet because a phone charger or whatever else that uses usb doesn’t have to take up a whole spot.

First one was defective, light was on, charging worked but outlets didnt. However Amazon replaced it quickly, the new one works as advertised.

I already had a wall USB and decided to get this because I wanted Fast Charging. fast charging is not the same as Fast Charging. This doesnt Fast Charge my phone. Tested with the same cable I use and get Fast Charging from my USB adapter. As far as Im concerned this was a complete waste of money and time.

AC outlets were dead on arrival. Fortunately, I was able to open the device and determine root cause. One of the power busses was not contacting the bar connected to line voltage. Soldered both busses to incoming power bars and now the product works.
