Really happy with this outlet setup. Less blocks around and keeps the counters a little more organized. If you are not a qualified electrician or have some understanding of how to install, I would recommend a professional do the work for you.

Apparently the USB ports are just for show. They are not actually connected to anything electrical whatsoever. So you certainly can plug your device into it but it will never get charged. What a waste of time.

Device does not fit in a gem box. Overall size is massive. Will be returned.

Set up to control a 8.5 amp roof snow melter put on an 15 amp breaker with a GFI outlet used to protect the circuit. WIFI works with TUYO smart app. The only problem I had is the outlets tamper resistants that makes it overly difficult to plug into the outlet to the point if I need to use the outlet on a regular basis I would return it.

Returned product, product very cheap and didnt work. Do not spend your money with this company.

The installation was very difficult for me because of the ground screw thar I couldn’t remove, I could only loosen it a bit. So inserting the ground wire was very difficult. Another issue I’d say is the lack of any kind of installation instructions. I watched two YouTube videos to figure out how to instal. However, after the installation I am fully satisfied with the outlet. It works as it should and the USB charging is real fast!

Very easy to install, clear directions. Clean lines and color match any decor. Extra usb charging spot are helpful during events.

Blades were cut very unevenly. Had to buy a new set of blades to be able to use it.

Installation was easy, outlet feels solid and well made. Nice to have the built in USB ports! Im sure now that Im replacing my outlets with these Ill be needing a USB C connection instead....... Happy with the purchase, the led light is bright, could be annoying if you are light sensitive. But I bought 4 more to do another room. Recommend

This outlet is totally cool! Not only can you plug in regular electrical items, you can also plug in your phones and tablets! It is super convenient! We installed ours in our kitchen by our main counter so that we can plug-in our devices and electrical items right there. You will love having this outlet so handy! We highly recommend it!
