Outlet arrived in good condition, no damage to the packaging and I installed it without issues. Indicator light came on and the USB ports worked fine and charged at high-speed (but not QC 3.0). Unfortunately the 110v outlets were not functional, no power to either and the multimeter says theyre stone cold. After reading reviews, I tried wiggling the plug and inserting at different angles...no change. Returned immediately. Other than the non-working plugs this looked like a nice outlet, but might be a little lacking in quality control.

Purchased 3. 1 was defective and was replaced asap

First one was defective, light was on, charging worked but outlets didnt. However Amazon replaced it quickly, the new one works as advertised.

Helps clear up space over the house so installed to outlets for family to free up my plugs through out the house.works great

I should have done a but more research before purchasing. I read the brief description listed with this outlet and saw the words fast charging. I assumed that this meant the same thing as rapid charging or the way in which my Samsung Galaxy S10 can charge. I installed this unit to rid the extra clutter and eliminate the extra charging piece. Once it was installed I plugged my phone in and did NOT look at its screen other than to see that the charging indicating light was on. A few hours later when I grabbed my phone on the way out the door I noticed that my phone was not fully charged. Later I tried it again and saw that by using the outlet only my phone read 8 hours to full charge. Then I plugged in the charger that came with my phone and it read 45 minutes to fully charge. That is a big difference. Maybe this unit is good for powering UBS sourced things such as a home security camera or other small things, but it is not good for fast charging a Samsung Galaxy phone. I bought 4 of these and installed 2 of them before noticing the charging speed difference so I am now stuck with them.

Very easy to install. I would like to see a little narrower and not as deep, but for the price, these are nice. The green indicator is nice for those that dont have a multimeter. USB charging and cord fit is nice and tight.

Works great! Needed to upgrade a few outlets that are most frequently used for USB charging.. its really nice to not have to unplug a lamp or other amenities just to charge a phone.

Install this in my camper. Worked amazing and simple install. Very pleased.

They dont seem to last long enough. Had to replace the one we use most often 2 times.
