First the customer service is excellent ! Second it saves a ton of money especially when renting cars in the states it services, no daily fees and you get charges what the toll is ! App is great and easy to use especially when moving the unit from one vehicle to another , it has the ability to change Vehicle Identifiers and plates etc. ! Wish the western states and Texas had something like this to use for their toll roads !!!

Love this product. Wish I had found it sooner. I was spending so much on monthly fees with EZPass. Plus I can use this in multiple states.

For each state in the northeast the toll authority adds a surcharge for out of state passes

E-Pass charged me tolls for a State I wasnt in claiming they read the license plate correctly. The transponder was in my vehicle in my home state at time of toll charges. The transponder means nothing, they go by plate number. Only preload account with low dollar amounts. Do not link your credit card to account like they want. Download app and watch activity closely for tolls youre not responsible for.

Easy to register, install and it worked perfectly on our first trip to Florida. I like the fact it is good in 19 states and easily transferred to our other car using the E-PASS website.

Ordered 2 as we were moving to NC. Got them quickly. They work almost everywhere up and down the East coast and are portable to take with you when traveling and using a rental car!

Perfect for the various toll systems in Florida. Also used in the Carolinas, made our travels simpler!

Unable to activate online you must call CS unless you purchase from E-Pass site, PIA.

Batteries are dead or is defective because sunpass is still charging me by plate
