Uni 19-State Portable Toll Pass, Blends Into Windshield (Black)

I started with the E-Pass rather than SunPass because it actually worked in all EZPass states. It seems like SunPass now has an upgrade but its too late. Im sold on the E-Pass. The only drawback is that you have to connect it to an actual license plate, so the first time you want to use it on a rental car you have to actually phone them to activate the pass, you cant just do it in the app. Id like to be able to activate it online and then just use the app to assign the plate of the rental car.

This item is by far one of the best purchases for every day life as well as traveling. It fits perfectly highly recommend works great.

Purchased this transponder for use in NJ and well guess who got a EZPass violation in NJ? Submitted the dispute paperwork and got denied again with a statement that either the license plate does not match or insufficient funds. Both were checked online and confirmed to be correct and loaded.

This is sooo much better than ez pass especially the NJ one.

Yo lo use con EPass y me funciono perfecto el ahorro fue excelente en comparacion a lo que te cobran por dia las alquiladoras. Me lo mande al hotel, cuando llegue llame con el Uni en mano me atiendendieron muy bien en EPass, lo activas y hay que esperar unas horas a que se actualicen los datos. Se usa contra una cuenta prepaga y el estado de cuenta es muy claro, los peajes son de a centavos cada uno, el mas caso no supero los 2 dlrs... y funciona en toda Florida y costa este incluyendo Virgina, Marylan, etc... No hacia oeste en California hay otro sistema.

You would think for a toll pass that touts itself as “great for travelers” they would make it actually easy to use, ya kno, for traveling. A good toll pass for travelers would allow you to set the return time for the rental or at the very least, let you set that a car is a rental and to NOT CHARGE THE ACCOUNT IF THE TRANSPONDER ISNT IN THE CAR. The transponder was with me in Louisiana while i was getting charged tolls for a car i didnt own in Orlando. I called customer service and was told the plate is used as a backup if the transponder isnt in the car (read: we sold you a transponder that you don’t need). Customer service is absolute garbage. The first agent i talked to about it put me on hold then kept hopping back on, saying hello, then proceeding to throw me on hold. When i finally got through to them, he lied and said he never did any such thing then proceeded to do it again. If you decide to buy this, make sure you perfect everything, even their horribly optimized app, before they suck your account dry and send you a bill for a negative balance due to a car you returned 2 days prior. Also, even after i removed the license playe and called them to pay the negative balance, i asked another CS rep if there are any more pending tolls and she said no with 100% certainty. Now, guess who has a negative balance yet again and will be told by another CS rep that its not their fault.

Nice to get a bit of a discount and it worked just great on a recent trip.

Batteries are dead or is defective because sunpass is still charging me by plate

Has ezpass which is great. Website is branded for E-PASS tho. Would also like to have Apple Pay as an option to add funds.

Began on a bad note. After setting it up and making an account, I couldnt get it to work. Call in for assistance and they were very helpful in resetting everything. Tried using it on a road trip,didnt register at toll booth. Had to do a chat and request for them to investigate what was happening. They finally got the issues resolved. If you decide to purchase ,allow at least a week after setting up before using. Just to be safe.
