No monthly fee. Only used a couple times so far but everything seems good

Great for travel around Florida and works in all states between Ohio and Florida

This was a quick addition to our vehicle, It worked very well. I didn’t give 5 stars because we weren’t always sure if tolls were immediately tracked and paid. This could have been an issue with my phone however.

This is sooo much better than ez pass especially the NJ one.

I was traveling from the midwest to the east coast and a friend recommended getting EasyPass. When I did my homework I found the UniPass works in multiple states including Florida making it perfect for this trip but future ones as well. It was easy to set up (although I had trouble finding the teeny tiny unit number) and it worked in all 6 states toll roads (except once but it was their equipment because many were getting stuck at this particular stop). I highly recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed as I purchased this item for a round trip up the east coast to NJ from FL. The transponder did not read at the very 1st toll & I had to make a U turn 2 times to come back through the toll & pay cash. I had set up the transponder with E Pass & loaded funds so that I would not have to wait in line &’pay cash at toll booths. To top it off the date to return this defective item has passed during my trip & I was not only inconvenienced but I am out the cost of this defective useless piece of plastic.

I specifically called to the customer service to make sure everything is working, and then, I went through the cash toll lane to make sure that the unit works as there was a sign that the unit should work in any lane, including the cash lanes. Well, I went through the same bridge 3 more times, nothing happened, i had to pay cash every time since the unit wouldnt register. The second agent kept saying that I just had to go through sun-pass lanes and everything would be fine. What? I would pay a fine for violating the toll since the unit did not work in the cash lane. Than the agent hanged up i guess because the phone just went silent. The third agent suggested to go to orlando, 5 hours away, to check the unit and said shell send me a sticker. Well, i wanted something that I could put in any car, I guess not. Theres no instructions on utube or any viable help. Thank you very much for not saving money but creating hustle and wasting time. Shouldve just bought the sunpass sticker.

Super simple set up. 1. Download the E-Pass app on your phone (it is based on Floridas toll pass company but it is the correct one, I promise). 2. Create an account, add your bank/card. 3. Link your UniPass! Just follow the steps on the app to activate. 4. Add a minimum of $10 your account. 5. Mount the UniPass with your rear view mirror for discretion. Youll forget it there. 6. Keep track of your account and reload as necessary. South Carolina is lame and they dont accept UniPass. This has come in handy when I travel the coast during.

Setting up and activation could be better other than that it’s ok
