> 3 dayi wanted a much more solid x-axis belt tensioner. this is super solid. the only issue is that the included machine screws were a little too long for the 2020 extrusion.

> 3 dayI installed this on a Longer LK1 (Alfawise U20) and is does exactly what I wanted it to. This part is well designed and manufactured with precision. Surfaces are smooth and square with no burrs and the bearing is quality. It also ships with quality fasteners/hardware.... not the cheap, mass produced stuff that usually comes with attachment pieces and easily strips or elongates. Purchase with confidence - you wont be disappointed.

> 3 dayThe description says it fits the Neptune 2. This absolutely will not fit the Elegoo Neptune 2. It does not even come close to fitting the rails. If you are buying this for the Elegoo Neptune 2 don’t, it won’t fit.

> 3 dayIf the carriage inside width was just smidge wider the problem I experienced could be avoided, and this thing could be hacked to use the original bearings in the Creality tensioner mechanism. For me, the pulley itself is rubbing on the tension carriage adding dragging and screeching. If the part were better designed, they could give some relief to hold the center of the bearing in place yet leave clearance for the pulley. Or the whole center part of the carriage could be made wider and some thing washers inserted to create the clearance. And this should really be using a shoulder bolt instead of a fully threaded M5 part so the bearings are riding on a shaft instead of undersized thread.
