> 3 dayThis has made getting the belt on my Ender 3 super easy and fast. For my ender 3 I did not have to re use any of the standard hardware which many people said they had to. I did not and I did not have to take the belt off to install this... I did have to take apart the entire part but it is straight forward and easy to understand.

> 3 dayFirst impressions of this item is that it is very solid and has a very polished finish. Installation was was very simple on ender 3v2. Loosen the old belt, remove old tensioner, bolt on new tensioner with included T nuts, attach belt and tighten. I was able to reuse my existing belt. So far I am happy with the quality of this item.

> 3 dayI bought an Anycubic Chiron and was stunned that it does not have axis tensioners on the belts. My X axis out of the box was so loose that it would not even hold steps at all. I broke the zip ties and closed the belt one tooth length, and that helped but still wasn’t enough, there was a lot of backlash in the X axis moves. Then, went another tooth and while that was a lot better still, it wasn’t right. Then I bought and installed this tensioner and it bolted right up the the Chiron. The only modification I had to do is the Chiron uses one of the bolts from the old pulley wheel mount as it’s X-axis homing stop, and this does not accommodate for that. I originally tried just putting in a longer bolt so that it would still work almost as factory, but the bolt was too far left from where the factory X home stop is and so the carriage hit the upright before hitting the stop. So to get the homing stop location back you need to add another bolt to the aluminum extrusion next to this tensioner but that is easy to do.

07-06-2025I had a belt starting to sag a bit so I decided to pick one of these up and its went right one easy and has made keeping the belts tight SOOO much easier.

08-06-2025Makes it much easier to properly tension the belt for the Ender 3 Y axis. You should also get the adjuster for the X axis as well.

> 3 dayThis was necessary for my Ender 3 Pro; I was having stair-stepping issues after a whole year of printing and discovered that my X-axis cable kept jumping due to the slack it developed. However, after I installed this along with a fresh cable, the stair-stepping problem disappeared! I am fully aware that you can 3d print these, but metal lasts longer and it gives a more finished appearance; as if it were a part of the machine when I got it.
