If the carriage inside width was just smidge wider the problem I experienced could be avoided, and this thing could be hacked to use the original bearings in the Creality tensioner mechanism. For me, the pulley itself is rubbing on the tension carriage adding dragging and screeching. If the part were better designed, they could give some relief to hold the center of the bearing in place yet leave clearance for the pulley. Or the whole center part of the carriage could be made wider and some thing washers inserted to create the clearance. And this should really be using a shoulder bolt instead of a fully threaded M5 part so the bearings are riding on a shaft instead of undersized thread.

Super!! This addition to my Ender 3 Pro is amazing. No more do I have to balance pulling on the wheel and keep tension on the belt while I tighten the nut. This product makes it a breeze. And it is good quality. Anodized Aluminum with easy install. Highly recommend.

I purchased the 2040 size for my Y-Axis and 2020 for my X-Axis for my CR-10 V3. The X-Axis installed quickly and easily. The Y-Axis would not install correctly, no matter what I did. It turns out that the bolt they provided was too long, and the t-nut did not have space to lock into place. I did have some bolts that were the correct size (M3x8mm) and was able to install the Y-Axis with the correct bolts. Other than the incorrect bolt size, everything else seems to be of good quality. If the right bolts were included from the get-go (and based on other reviews, it probably is for most orders), this is a 5-star product.

High quality aluminum construction, belt can be perfectly hand tensioned. Super easy install. Must have upgrade for creality machines.

Was impressed with the quality and strength of the construction. I was happy to find out that I didnt even have to change the length of my belts. They are far superior to the acrylic parts that came with my printer

This is the second one that I have purchased. Work great and you can adjust on the fly. When installing you can take the item apart and install it without messing with the belts. Happy!!! Thanks

I had a belt starting to sag a bit so I decided to pick one of these up and its went right one easy and has made keeping the belts tight SOOO much easier.

It worked as intended on my Ender 3 Pro

After fussing with the original bracket on my cr-10s for about an hour, I decided to get this and had it installed and adjusted within 15 minutes. Worked!

Great tensioner, well built. As someone mentioned, if your bed size is set to 235mm, the Y carriage will hit the tensioner, not a problem for me since I upgraded to linear rails.
