VEGAS Movie Studio 17

I had been using the Platinum version 11 of this program for years, when the software was owned by Sony. It was originally designed for Windows 7, but it kept working perfectly when I upgraded to Windows 10. It has been the perfect editing software, very stable, and I have created amazing videos with it.

downloaded the software. it registered but would not activate. spent hours trying to contact an actual person to help me resolve the problem. i cant return it. so i guess i was just robbed.

Do not buy this! They are not selling you the actual video editing software its only the sound force/ music create the serial number will not work!! I want my money back this is BS!! why would Amazon allow a scam like this I am reporting you to amazon!! Do not buy this item!!

Ive used Movie Studio various and never had any problem uploading or using. This time it has been the worst of the worst nightmares. After install when u try adding media it shuts down. I then bought another version and same thing. I tried free trial and it worked for a day then same thing. I tried uploading free trial again and same thing. Each time before I uploaded again I removed all other versions. Ive again tried to upload FROM SAME E MAIL and when I put in the serial number hat came with THE SAME E MAIL it is now no good. Ive tried to use my other Lap Top which has Movie Studio but now ity has an error code and wont work. Ive tried other movie editing software and Im so used to Vegas all others r difficult to learn. And SUPPORT? The worst of the worst. U will find only forums of what others have said they had problems with. No Fixes. U cant even chat. It takes days for a response which is useless. Im still trying because Im used to using it but I would not advise anyone to buy it now. Apparently theres a glitch that cant be fixed. Ive 160 videos on my You Tube channel and all edited with Movie Studio.

The previous verison is a lot better Ive submitted Tech Support many times and no response.

Don’t bother. It will not work. It’s a shame that this product fell so far.

Do not buy

Buyer beware. No support from Vegas/Magix or Amazon. The key provided by Amazon doesnt work. Magix says Amazon should be able to remedy the issue, but Amazon says this is a Magix issue. No one wants to help, I get no refund and Ive wasted $45. Buyer beware...do not buy digital from Amazon.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. When he tried to install it today it said the activation key has already been used. We must have been sent a bad code. Buyer beware!
