logiciel a mettre en mode super utilisateur , pour importer une video de son pc , bien regarder les format d importation (AAC .AA3. AVI. HEVC. MPEG1.2/4 .WMV)

Have had a very tough time getting this installed on my machine and now Im at a point where its installed but says its registered to another account. Cannot locate any form of phone or online help from Magix… really dont know what to do.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF HELPINHG YOU ONCE YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE. THERE IS NOT CONTACT INFORMATION AND THE HELP PAGES LOOP YOU AROUND TO A COMMUNITY THAT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. DONT CHOOSE THIS ONE.

i bought this because i hate having to pay for monthly subscriptions and at first it was nice and simple to understand things but after several crashes, video files getting corrupted, fx not working and spending weeks tryna figure out the stupid audio editor, ive never had so much frustration with a video editor before and it pisses me off that i spent a $100 on this a year ago

I have a HP Notebook with plenty of memory, and I needed a new version of this program. I had the SONY Movie Studio 12 that runs fine on here. I downloaded the program, registered online, and as soon as it tried to launch it CRASHED. No matter what I did, it kept crashing as soon as it launches.

I still haven’t been able to use the software because it keeps saying that the serial number is invalid. I filled out a tech request to try and get this solved and still haven’t heard back from anyone

now i know what you think another BS one star from somebody that may not have used it. I got it at best buy and used 8 and 12 as those dont work anymore really, I got 17 thinking well a updated version should work. Found out the reason it crashes it that it wont accept .mts files anymore basic camcorder files. So you have to convert to MP4 just to put them in vegas. its just like 12 and stuff sure. For the most part. I didnt have that issue like some other poeple. But be prepared to spend a hour or 2 fixing bugs before you can use it properly if you are using a camcorder and they usally all record in .MTS files. It seems to work fine after a few tweeks and stuff and converting the files however. does take a while to render as well.

The code did not work for every program in the suite. I saw a review from September 2020 with the same issue. Unacceptable that this same issue still exists!!!!!! MAGIX support site is a joke and no way to email them directly. The site sends you in circles looking for a way to email. I bought the digital download for convenience and it ended being a nightmare! This is a software company only interested in money and not customers... Going back to using version 13...

I did not buy this software from Amazon, but like many other reviewers have mentioned, NOT all activation S/N are included . Soundforge is included with the download but no activation is provided.

Ive never used video editing software worse than this. I have been using VEGAS editing products since 2009 and have always relied on them for my editing needs with little to no problems until now. They have always been intuitive and had more than enough capabilities on the base version to get a professional job done. This software has never run without one problem. It crashes frequently, it has numreous user interface glitches that YOU need to fix. It has random audio sync issues where videos will randomly mismatch the audio in the program, despite matching in the source video. The new features that work are barely worth the money. If youre like me and want to see if it works for you, take my example and AVOID. I usually never write reviews like this, so know that I do this out of necessity not rage.
