downloaded the software. it registered but would not activate. spent hours trying to contact an actual person to help me resolve the problem. i cant return it. so i guess i was just robbed.

It should have a different name. Movie Studio 18 is even worse. The user interface has been changed so much that there is little in common with earlier versions. Stick with earlier Movie Studio versions unless you want to learn a brand new program.

Do not buy this! They are not selling you the actual video editing software its only the sound force/ music create the serial number will not work!! I want my money back this is BS!! why would Amazon allow a scam like this I am reporting you to amazon!! Do not buy this item!!

Paid more for the suite, but the assigned product key will not Activate the any of the bundled products. :(

Do not buy this. I bought this, downloaded and it seemed to work fine, but when I tried to open it again, it told me to activate it. I never got anything in any email as to what the activation code was. Spent like $50 for nothing. This is nothing but a scam. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

After downloading, I attempted to use Movie Studio 17 Platinum. The first page asks for registration info. Seems easy enough. But good luck getting past Error code -11 and You have deactivated cookies. No, I dont have deactivated cookies on any browser on my machine (Edge, Chrome, Brave). Deactivated my antivirus. Searched the web for answers, and only saw commands and complaints from others facing a similar issue.

Great experience

I was a big fan of Vegas back when Sony was at the helm, but the product has taken a severe downturn since then. For my current project -- a four minute video in 4K -- the UI crashes about every 20 minutes. It cannot render 4K due to out of memory errors on this 32GB machine.

This is crap it freezes and when I add music in the background when I do a commentary the volume goes up it’s annoying I tried everything I justed the volume nothing happens I wouldn’t recommend this don’t buy it stay from movie studio plantium 17
