> 24 hourI dont know if I should give 5 stars or 1. My dog loves these balls!!! 5 stars right? Sure .. if only my kids played lacrosse, sadly they dont, BUT our neighbors do!! Every morning runs up the hill, steals one off their lawn and brings it home to play. I didnt realize he was stealing until one morning when I decided to clean out under my Kitchen Island and found his stash. These were bought as a gift to replace the stolen items and hopefully keep him out of the puppy pound. Cross your fingers. Hes my favorite.

> 24 hourI use to massage tight muscles and it works perfectly for that! I literally roll one under my foot much of the day standing at my desk--these are a little softer than Champion, but work great for massager. I cant speak to actual Lacrosse play.
