> 3 dayI don’t play lacrosse, but I put 4 of them in a mesh laundry bag for myofascial release and it is great to get at those cramps in my hamstring. I bet it would be great for a stiff neck or back, too. Just get the small mesh bag so it moves a little but not too much.

> 3 dayThese lacrosse balls are very good quality. We actually built a ninja warrior course and drilled a hole in 3 of the 6 balls for a ball grip. They are holding up nicely even after the hole was drilled in them. We tried other types of balls and the ball just broke or wore down after hanging on them. So far these have worked great!!!
