My brother is a massage therapist and a juggler and he recommended I get these for rolling out. I have a basket in my dance room with 6 of these, 3 tennis balls, and 2 cork balls so I can juggle or roll out alone or with friends. So far Ive been preferring my cork balls but I like having these on hand as well.

This is the same ball that my PT / Ortho group uses. If you work out and you can handle a hard ball to roll out with you will LOVE these. They are firm but the material gives it enough give so you can use them on a wood chair or the counter tops to really get pressure on your muscles. Love that its a six pack so that I can keep one everyone (gym bag, garage, by the tread, etc.). They work great!

Our dog has quickly destroyed every ball and toy we tried. The Velocity Lacrosse Balls have held up for months and show no signs of damage. Our dog seems to like the fact that they bounce higher and roll much farther that other balls.
