Greater than one weekI bought these first for my dog, because he wasnt interested in tennis balls. These are great for fetch! They fit into the Chuck It thrower and have held up really well. He hasnt been able to destroy any! I also use these on sore muscles. Rolling my foot or legs with these really helps
