> 24 hourThis definitely works for what I need. I wish the picture quality was a little better, but its a good value for the money.

> 24 hourScreen is nice and large and picture quality is what youd expect for the price point. Few dislikes: non USB power cord, screen bezel is big making the unit larger than it needs to be, screen tips over easily, and the zoom is surprisingly too much for mounting above the crib. For reference we had a Eufy unit first then got this for our second child. The Eufy camera is mounted about 6.5ft above the crib and catches the entire crib and most of the rails. The VTech is 7.5ft up and still crops out the rails and parts of the crib. It mainly made mounting to the wall more tedious (ladder, etc). Basically it very much does the job and at a good price point. Upgrade to something like the Eufy and you get clearer picture, easier mounting/charging, better screen unit.

> 24 hourWell worth the price we paid. What an awesome way to be able to leave your little one & still keep an eye on them. I love that you can talk two ways & that it works pretty well, in the dark. I gave 5 stars because at this price point, it deserves 5 stars even tho the picture isnt the same quality as my Samsung phone etc.

> 24 hourAs a first-time parent we were a little clueless what we needed in a baby monitor, but I am happy to say that this has pretty much the full package. Key features for us: - Good night vision - 2 cameras. This is important for us bc we keep one mounted above the crib, and use the other for travel (or even sometimes if were just visiting friends and know hell be sleeping in a room in his carseat) without needing to unmount anything. - Long range (our townhouse neighbors can even watch him from next door!) and not operated via wifi. Weve tried a wifi monitor and its very annoying to have to set up wifi everywhere you go. - A good size, portable screen for watching the baby. I like it that I have a dedicated screen vs using my phone which I might be using for other things. - Mute button The downsides: - It has a sensitivity feature (i.e., its supposed to go off only when theyre crying very hard). Theoretically this is a very good feature, but Im not sure it always works well. The instruction manual is impossible to understand, so its also possible Im not using it correctly. - Sometimes the buttons to rotate the camera or adjust the volume dont work properly. Its possible to get it done but you might need to turn it on and off, or press the button down to turn the volume up. - Theres a light on the camera part that we had to tape off so it didnt disturb baby. My one new feature idea: a snooze option, to mute it for for 5 minutes if youre doing a light form of sleep training :-)

> 24 hourThis monitor is fine and does what it says it will but it falls over ALL THE TIME. The stand on it is pretty non-existent so it’s annoying in the night instead of being able to just roll over and look you have to pick it up. Not a major but it is annoying. Otherwise does the job

> 24 hourSo far not much to dislike, straight forward way of use, wish I could turn it off manually when I shut camera off, monitor comes back on to tell me camera is disconnected. I know it is already because I disconnected it myself, but the monitor acts like it is an emergency...

> 24 hourThis works fine but video quality is pretty bad and audio is terrible. Can hardly hear my baby if I’m holding the screen up to my ear. Returning for something higher quality and less expensive.

> 24 hourAwesome baby cam, very happy with it. I can see both my babies at once and pick one camera to listen but it will switch to the camera automatically that has a noise, it also blinks a green light which I love because not always I’m sure the noise came from the monitor if it’s soft, specially at night. It also allows you to turn off the monitor screen at night while it’s still on. You will hear the baby’s room and the green light will blink if there is a noise.

> 24 hourWe bought this as a replacement after our 2nd motorola monitor crapped out on us. I decided to go with VTech because it was brand I recognized and felt confident in and we we’re sick of dealing with motorola. I chose this model because we’ve had 2 different Motorolas and have discovered the size of the screen and clarity is important as well as the pan tilt. Upon opening the box, the items looked great and sturdy. The mount is a bit ridiculous and we literally just used some 3M command Velcro on the bottom and mounted it to the wall right above our son’s bed. It works wonderfully! I noticed immediately there was no kick stand on the monitor to keep it propped upright, and the base wasn’t as sturdy as I would have liked. It tends to fall over and on softer surfaces, it won’t stand up at all. Once I turned on the screen I loved the size and clarity but my screen had a white line nearly in the center going across horizontally. While I was annoyed by it, it didn’t really obstruct the image, and I was desperate for a new monitor after 3 nights without one when our Motorola died unexpectedly, so I decided to just deal with it. Now, about 3 months later, the temperature indicator icon has suddenly disappeared. I messed with the menu to see if I could get it back on, but so far nothing has worked. *I unplugged the camera and turned the monitor on and off , then plugged the camera back in and now the temp is back on the monitor screen.* I’m now debating if I got a good product. I’ll be reaching out to the manufacturer if they don’t reach out to me first.

> 24 hourWe have been using a cheap small one for a year. The baby finally basically broke it and I bought this one to replace it. The screen is huge, the zoom is awesome, the battery life is much longer - all around this is what you want. Do buy the extra extension arm clip for 12 bucks. The only con I can come up with it that the screen wobbles a little and can easily fall over. Not a huge big deal, but worth pointing out.
