> 3 dayThis monitor is wonderful. Very much worth the cost. The video is clear even when babies room is pitch black. It has some cool features such as showing the temperature in the babies room, as well as varying volumes so you can hear every single little sound, or only hear it as a baby gets louder. The only complaint is that the directions are very big and hard to understand. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to get the monitor and cameras to work

> 3 dayWell worth the price we paid. What an awesome way to be able to leave your little one & still keep an eye on them. I love that you can talk two ways & that it works pretty well, in the dark. I gave 5 stars because at this price point, it deserves 5 stars even tho the picture isnt the same quality as my Samsung phone etc.

> 3 dayOverall, I am pleased with my purchase. I did a lot of research beforehand and wanted a few months to try this monitor out before reviewing. I bought this monitor as a second monitor. I’m using it with my toddler and using my Eufy with the baby. I have to manage two monitors which can be annoying, but this whole system was a good bit cheaper than a eufy add on camera. This monitor does what we need it to and I think it works just as good as the much more expensive one we have. And the battery life on this Vtech is SO much better! -The monitor stays very zoomed in. It works for seeing my child in his bed, but wouldn’t show the whole room for any independent play time when he gets older. -My biggest complaint is that the stand is terrible. It is just a little wider at the base so the monitor doesn’t stay standing even if you barely bump it or if it’s plugged in and the chord turns. If it wasn’t for this, I would have rated the monitor higher! -The picture is very clear day or night. -The two way talk works well. -It’s simple and easy to use.

> 3 dayI like this unit, but charging is confusing. When I want to charge it I have to turn it on. If I plug in the charger without turning it on it wont charge. Other than that problem it works well and does what I want. Remember, to charge the remote plug it in and leave it turned on.

17-11-2024I use this for monitoring rock tumblers I keep in another room. I just wish there were a few lower volume levels as the lowest can be pretty loud if the machine is loud. Though this thankfully has a visual indicator of loudness (green, orange, red indicator) and I can turn the volume off and still know if the machine is on, but I lose some information and its difficult to tell if its too loud if its already loud. I can monitor from 2 different angles with this device, unlike with a lot of others.

> 3 dayThe most frustrating flaw with this monitor is that the up, down, right and left control button is terrible. I push up and it goes down. I push right and it goes left. I have to keep pushing the button until the camera finally corrects itself and moves accordingly to the button I pushed. Also, the dim light of the parent monitor is still extremely bright at night. The parent monitor also makes a loud beeping noise when I switch from one camera view to the other which is not good when one of your kids sleep in the same room as you. The range is as expected and I do like that the parent unit glows from green to yellow and then to red when there is noise detected from the child camera. Not a complete flop of a child monitor but if I could go back, I’d look for something else solely due to the fact that the control buttons don’t work well.

> 3 dayI went from a Samsung baby monitor to this one. The parent unit on my old one would only stay charged for maybe 15 minutes at a time and the back wouldn’t snap on right. This monitors parent unit will stay charged for DAYS! Seriously. I don’t use it a whole lot throughout the day, but it stayed charged and was at about 50% after four days without charging. My other monitor did have a few extra features that this one does not, but for the price.. you really can’t beat it!

> 3 dayOverall, a very good monitor and I got it for a great price! It was time to ditch the 1 camera in my toddlers room and we opted for this 2 camera system. The signal is actually fantastic compared to my old infant optics. Comes with wall mounts and hardware. We mounted it upside down near the ceiling so we can get a good view of her entire room. Unfortunately my youngest isn’t fond of his crib yet so we haven’t really used the split screen too much, but we have tested it out and looks good! Big screen which is an upgrade from the old monitor. It has a shushing sound you can turn on that helped soothe my son, I find this feature really cool. I do wish it came with two chargers for the parent unit, but the battery is actually impressive at the moment (if you have it on battery saving mode), so I don’t find myself having to move the charger often. I have had two issues: -one day out of nowhere, the temperature of my toddlers room just disappeared from the parent unit. I looked everywhere on all the settings playing around to no avail. Finally decided to unplug and plug back in the camera in her room and the temperature came back. I’m glad I was able to fix it easily but I was so irked that it even happened. -the parent unit suddenly has something loose inside of it. Like, something is moving around on the inside when you lightly shake it. It’s not affecting the functionality as of today (had the monitor for two months almost I think). We have never dropped it. I just hope it doesn’t end up crapping out altogether.

> 3 dayAwesome baby cam, very happy with it. I can see both my babies at once and pick one camera to listen but it will switch to the camera automatically that has a noise, it also blinks a green light which I love because not always I’m sure the noise came from the monitor if it’s soft, specially at night. It also allows you to turn off the monitor screen at night while it’s still on. You will hear the baby’s room and the green light will blink if there is a noise.
