My boyfriend likes to have everything movies and downloadable games on here, and the space isnt even close and he has over 50 games! :) it was easy to install

The PS4 has a USB port in the back as well as the front so you can hide the cable and the HDD. Just plug in the cable and follow the simple instruction to format the drive and it adds 3.68TB of additional space. I believe the manufacturers claims that it will hold over 100 games (depending upon their size). So far, I cant tell the difference from the internal drive.

Does what youd expect it to. After having a bad experience with Samsung and Seagate hard drives in the past WD has never let me down and I chose to go for this one. Initially I did have some issues. Plugged it into the PS4 only to be told not compatible and must be USB 3.0 only which had me feeling I was ripped off! Turns out the PS4 has two different types of USB ports. Plugged it into the correct slot and once formatted (in about 30secs) was ready to use. Easy to set up. 2Tb more than enough and at that price its cheaper than others. Only reason I have given it 4 stars is because the Transfer rate is a bit slow and a very bright LED light is a bit unpleasant at night.

I bought the first generation of Xbox Ones and it ran out of room quick. This was easy solution to fix my problem. I was not going to spend another $300 to buy a new Xbox that had more room because Xbox were dummies!!!!! Really easy to set up.

Easy to use

Even if you buy most of your games on disc, a larger portion of titles than ever require the added performance from installing onto a mechanical HDD! Downloadable Content (DLC) and updates can be uninstalled and redownloaded from the internet Cloud when necessary, but with bandwidth costs and streaming becoming more common it may be better to store what you wont use for a while on a few of these when the console fills up.

I dont want to spend a lot of time messing with the console - I want to play. So it is by that criteria that I judge something like this...is it easy? Im happy to say that yes, yes this drive is easy to work with.
