I had an SN850 that I had been using for a couple years (zero issues), it scored a ~40k in Passmark rating (amazing score), this new model scored above a 60k - WOW!!!

If you want to double the storage on your PS5, install one of these. For me, 1TB was a good value for the price. I found some tutorial videos online, and 10 minutes later the installation was complete! Keep in mind youll need some tiny screwdrivers for the installation. I already had them so it wasnt a problem. Its been a few weeks and Ive had zero issues. I can just move games and files from the original drive over to the SSD quickly. Im not sure if it actually speeds up load times, but it definitely hasnt slowed any down. Highly recommended.

Bought the 2 tb version. Great thing about this device that it actually give your 2.01 tb worth of space. Usually you get 1.81tb or something annoying.

I have had this for a few months now in a PS5. It is working great so far. More storage to hold more games is great!

I compared the 850x 1gb to the Kingston FURY Renegade 1gb, and the 850x beats the Kingston hands down, primarily when it comes to write speed.

plugged into my ps5 turned it on and instantly wanted to format the drive for use after that I installed some games on it and they transferred over just fine this is a great addition to the ps5 due to the lack of storage it came with.

This SSD is easy to install on the PS5 just simply unscrew it and put it in and boom. Its finally on the PS5 and then you close it back it up and then now you have a faster PS5. The SSD will load games way faster and will feel so immersive because of the quickess of the loading speeds. Loading screen will be almost non existent
