This is an excellent technology, it works! It is relatively cheap, and very easy to install and operate. I strongly recommend it.

Did the trick. Had one room in the house far from the router that had poor signal. At times neighbors WiFi would come in stronger and knock the computer off. Bought this per recommendation and it works well. Easy to set up.

Was having wifi signal problems with my ezviz camera mini O 720p HD wifi camera I put my in my garage. Had good signal in my mud room just before the garage, but once you opened the door and walked into the garage, the signal dropped drastically. I have the camera set to motion detect, where it should record to the ezviz cloud and send me a notification. I get the notification, but most of the time the recorded video skips and isnt very good. The extender was super easy to set up, took less than 10 minutes. Plugged it in an outlet in my mud room ( the room just before my garage). Bam! Camera now has full signal and records motion detected footage in full hd length! Netgear saved the day!! Going to get the 1200 for my bed rooms in the back of the house!

we could get a steady connection but all to often no Internet. The distance from the router and wifi to our media center is only about 40 ft but there is a lot of ducting, wiring and other obstacles in between. The device works like a charm. The signal strength is 100% at the media center. Prior to the device we could get 35% at best. The range extender comes with clear instructions in a booklet that I followed and in less than 5 minutes we were up and viewing. Price, performance, clear instructions and ease of installation, top notch.

My Linksys extender has been sucking bad. I bought this extender, plugged it in waited for it to boot up. I plugged in the extender in the kitchen (two walls away from router), I receive full bars from router to extender and full bars to the backyard and I can finally enjoy my internet ready stereo/blu ray player to watch Amazon videos.

Well, read all the reviews and decided to buy this.... I am very happy. I follow the setup directions by linking to their website. Everything happened and worked as described with no problems getting this going. I now have coverage in the entire house. Great product for a little price.PS: some reviews were correct, when you power this up, it does take a few minutes for the power light to go blue, so be patient.

Works great Im currently visiting my daughter & in a travel trailer on her property. Although the distance isnt significant the exterior metal made the signal strength & speed almost nil. So with this little wonderful device both have improved. I couldnt be happier! This wifi extender worked perfectly, but... I had to hard wire configure the setting. Youll need a bit of tech knowledge to do this. Its not plug and play. Otherwise it suited my needs just right!
