Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

I had to return this luggage for these reasons:

I paid $600 for this set of luggage and on my first trip, the zipper broke on one of my bags at the airport. We hadnt even left yet and I was scrambling to find a way to keep my luggage closed. I was walking around the airport carrying my luggage in my arms to keep my things from falling out. According to the Samsonite repair/replace process, Im responsible for paying to have the bag shipped to them, which I think is ridiculous, I didnt even have the set for a month, and Im supposed to pay to have it repaired? Im very disappointed because this set was highly rated. I contacted Samsonite and they have not gotten back in touch with me. Im returning the set to Amazon for a complete refund and will never purchase another Samsonite product again.

Bought 2 of these and they both cracked in the same spot the first trip I took. Thought this would be a warranty issue but Samsonite does not cover exterior cracks in the luggage. Spoke with their authorized repair center and they were not able to offer a repair as the thin plastic does hold up to their repair process. This is clearly not durable luggage and I would not purchase.

Great set of luggage. Especially nice feature the suitcases all nest for easy storage.

Gorgeous suitcase but on my first flight the corner was dented in. Now I have a crunched-up suitcase.

For reasons that ought to be obvious, I couldnt upload the 3 pictures I took of the piece. Hook that connects the divider to the edge of the case broke, and seam for the main zipper is coming apart. This after a single trip! Oh, and if you are thinking the warranty is of any value, you ought to know that you will have to send the piece in to a repair facility at your own cost! Pure, unadulterated Cambodian GARBAGE.

Bought as a bday gift for my 8 year old granddaughter for in upcoming trip. She loved it and so did her parents….I’m thinking she’s going to have to share!

I’ve used it three times and so far it’s holding up.

Great quality but super poor design, It’s a waste of money because it doesn’t have holder or zipper for both sides and when you open the luggage all your stuffs dropping. Very poor design.

Ordered first time and the zipper broke. Returned and reordered same luggage. The side of the luggage punctured in flight. Because I did not notice until I got home and called the airlines within two days, they would not replace luggage. Samsonite notes they will not replace luggage damaged by airlines.
