Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

This luggage is easily scratched while checked for flight. On my first usage, i traveled with a group in May, my luggage was the only piece to receive damages both ways. This is the first Amazon order that I’m very displeased with.

I needed a medium size suitcase in a pinch and didnt want to pick up a throw away case from Walmart. This Samsonite is fantastic. A case that will last years and the throwaway case price. Has tons of organizers and the center divider is a great feature. Best of all its easy to keep clean and looking new. My suitcases are the fabric cases and are over 10 years old. Zippers are busting and they get so dirty. Ill be phasing them out for more of these.

Bought this for our 2 week long trip and it handles great. Spinner wheels work as expected and nice and light which helps with over packing.

Just purchased, and used for a 6 day trip to SC. For Samsonite this is very cheaply made. Large dent after one flight. Handle is cheaply made. Wheels don’t want to roll on carpet. Biggest reason I will be returning this is due to the cheap interior straps to secure your clothes in place. They are very cheap made, and will not keep your items secure. As soon as you open the lid, all the items fall out. One side has straps, the other side has straps and a flap that attaches in place. Even with those 2 items used together, it will still not hold your items in the luggage when you open it . They fall out around the flap. Very disappointed in Samsonite. I would not encourage anyone to purchase this item.

Product came damaged in multiple areas which is a testament to how poorly its made. If it cant even make it to the apartment without being wrecked imagine an airport. Its extremely thin. Very unfortunate products like this exist. If it came in pristine condition I wouldve been stuck with it not knowing its impending doom once I did some traveling. No thanks! :(. Amazon will process my return no issues there. Its this company making cheap poor quality products. Unbelievable

Beautiful color! Quick delivery! However there was a couple of scratches on the larger suitcase.

I used this suitcase twice and the wheel is broken with the hard plastic cracked. Very disappointing for a samsonite!

The Product is not reliable-Damaged in First international Trip.No office of Manufacturer in NZ to bring it to their attention.

On the big suitcase, one of the inside straps either didn’t get attached properly during manufacturing or broke when I touched it because I didn’t even stretch it to connect it with the other side when it broke. Unfortunately I need to use it now so I am stuck with it for a few weeks of travel.

For reasons that ought to be obvious, I couldnt upload the 3 pictures I took of the piece. Hook that connects the divider to the edge of the case broke, and seam for the main zipper is coming apart. This after a single trip! Oh, and if you are thinking the warranty is of any value, you ought to know that you will have to send the piece in to a repair facility at your own cost! Pure, unadulterated Cambodian GARBAGE.
