Winmau Blade 5 and Blade 6 Bristle Dartboards

I’ve been using the blade 5 for some time now. Decided to order one for our team through Amazon even though some reviews were mixed. The price was $15 cheaper than the dart website I use and Amazon’s return process is one of the easiest so I went this route. Great board and will be coming back for my next one

Board is flawless. Very few bounce outs and the holes seem almost always to fill themselves in. The installation system is also awesome as i had put a few other boards on before, but this one was very neat as it had a turn 3 knob system that poke out slightly from the board once onto the wall that allows to turn them to loosen/tighten to wall - extremely convenient and allowed me to install in just a few minutes and confident in the setup!

Ive always admired the Winmau Blade 5 board at any pub that I have thrown at. Decided to treat myself to a new set-up at home with this great board as well as the Viper Defender square that protects the wall around the board. Was super easy to install an mount, and we were throwing in no time! Excellent purchase and delivery was prompt!

I got it as a gift for a friend who mentioned wanting a dart board. I ordered with enough time to have had it for 2 days beforehand. Did not receive it on time even with prime. Had two days of receiving delay in delivery messages. The day of I get a notification saying my package was damaged and would be issued a refund. So I had to reorder it and I did not receive the dartboard on time. The second time around I got it on time. Opened it and it is sturdy. Not too crazy about the colors but my friend was really excited. I did notice the points in white around the board was rather flimsy. The metal between colors won’t get in the way like I feared. The self heal seems to look good.

Bought this to replace very bad, old dart board at local pub. Easy to install, Winmaus 3-point lock and level system is brilliant! Very easy to make solid, tight mount against the wall. Darts stick solidly and have that satisfying thunk. We now have more people wanting to play darts on regular basis - thanks Winmau!

One for my garage. One for a birthday present for my buddies basement man cave. One for a house warming gift, that lives in a high country barn. 5 stars from all of them. Just take care of it. Meaning don’t forget to rotate it.

I really dont know what to look for in a dartboard other than 1) does it mount on the wall easily, 2) does it stay on the wall, 3) do darts go in, 4) can you read the score, and 5) do the darts come out undamaged. The answer is YES to all! MOUNTING - much easier than it may look as you just hang it and then use three turn dials to create pressure against the wall and the dartboard so the dartboard does not shift or move when playing. Pretty easy and looks professionally installed. STAYS ON WALL - weve used it quite a bit, and it has not shifted or moved at all. It has stayed perfectly in place. DARTS GO IN SMOOTH - No issues with darts on this board. They go in smooth and very limited bounces off of the wires because the wires are tapered to help the dart go into the board as opposed to bounce off. This is nice to protect my tile floor! SCORE READING IS GOOD, NOT PERFECT - the numbers are made in a wire which, as a novice, I do not have locations memorized. Sometimes it can be difficult to tell some numbers and it may make you pause to think. But its fine and manageable. DARTS COME OUT WITHOUT DAMAGE - while there appears to be some limited memory in the dartboard with some holes, overall they either fill back in or they just shrink a little. No real damage to the board and it seems to be holding up just fine. The darts are also not damaged and no issues with them dulling or bending. Overall, a solid board that you cant go wrong with!

Simply amazing, this board. Built to be resilient and take punishment. Our household consists of a variety of skill levels, from those who have never played, the journeymen. I’m kidding: we’re not even that good. Banter aside, this board is the real deal. Turning/rotating the board every few weeks has prolonged its life incredibly. It doesn’t look worn at all. Yes, this board does have a lofty price tag but I do assure you that it is well worth the cost. We’ve been through a litany of dartboards, some at premium costs and some priced more conveniently, and within months, they all look dilapidated and torn to heck. Not this board. Goes without saying, drop the extra few quid on this board.

Love this dart board (granted, it is the first one I have ever owned or even seen up close but nevertheless it seems excellent quality). It is very heavy, darts go in easily and it doesn’t leave big holes. We love it.

Good board easy install. I like that I can turn it to a new area so we do not tear up the same ones.
