> 3 dayMy husband and I bought these while we were away for the day so that our kittens would not lock themselves out of the bathroom and where their litter box is kept. We also used one on the bedroom door so that they could roam freely in that room as well. They worked out perfectly and a great solution. We did have an incident with a guest closing that bathroom door for a few hours until one of us got home and I vowed that would never happen again. Im so glad we found these guards as they were the perfect solution.

> 3 dayI wanted this to hold open the door to my storage unit, so I didnt get locked in. Foam is sturdy and is easy to use. Im sure Ill also use these so that my cat doesnt get closed into a room accidentally.

> 3 dayI love this! It’s simple and gives me peace of mind. I don’t have to worry that my animals are closed in my bedroom with no water and no access to the litter box. Perfect solution.

> 3 dayIt works on top or side of door. I use it to keep the door open for my cats. Theyre able to open the door with the crack it leaves. On the sides you cant change how open the door is, but if you put it on top (if you can reach) then you can choose how open the door is based on how close you out it to the hinge.

> 3 dayI wanted a way to keep the door to the basement open wide enough to allow our dogs access but not allow all the A/C cooled air flow straight downstairs. I put some spring hinges on the door and this gizmo keeps it open just enough for the dogs to nose it open and head on down if they want.

> 3 dayOne of my cats loves to stand up and push doors closed, and she kept locking herself in the bathroom or slamming doors late at night when I was sleeping. This is the perfect solution. If you have kids, it would also prevent them from catching their fingers in the door, and you could put it up high or on the top of the door where they cant reach it.

> 3 dayI needed something to prevent my one year old granddaughter from being able to shut the front load washer yet still leave it open for ventilation. After trying several ideas that failed not only was this the least expensive it is for now the most effective. These things are very versatile, cause no damage and require no installation. I’m sure she will figure out how to get them off but for now she cannot reach. I think these things can be used for a lot of things

> 3 dayI use this on two doors that slam shut when I have my windows open. It is such a life saver because my cat can get shut into a room if I’m not home, to open shut doors.
