> 3 dayEnjoyed the book! I was captured within the pages of this book and went on an adventure I could not come out of until I read the last words of the book, The End! I dont even have words for how this book took me on this fantastic journey, but I will be thinking about it for many days. I highly recommend Worlds Unseen.

Greater than one weekI was so impressed by the plot-line and characters in this series of books, of which this one is the first. All three of them kept me up late reading and reading to see what happened next. The allegorical references were subtle, but very powerful. I highly recommend this book and its sequels. I am thrilled to have found them!

> 3 dayThis was a quick read, it did not weigh me down. I think we are all intrigued by the unseen and unknown. The author wove in the spiritual battles of darkness and light beautifully into the lives of the characters. She also made clear that each one had a choice to make that would determine their future. Im looking forward to reading the next in the series. I was able to connect with the characters and want to know what happens next in their lives!

> 3 dayFirst of all, Id like to say that my review is 4.5 stars. When Amazon will add half stars I dont know, but theyll please many, many readers when they do. On to the book. I was expecting a mediocre story (unfortunately, most of the Christian fantasy Ive read is just that), but I got a very good one instead. Mrs. Thompson has talent; her prose is almost poetic. One particular passage stood out to me: He is the sun-king, and the moon-king, and all-the-stars-king, and he shines like them all together. I loved this so much I had to put down the book, write this down, and mull over it for a few minutes before returning to the story. I do have a few minor complaints, which are: 1.) no map, 2.) there are trains, which didnt work for me in a fantasy setting, 3.) the battle scene at the end was a little weak (although the other battes were quite good) but Ive found that in many fantasies; not everyone can accurately and convincingly convey a climactic battle, and 4.) the romance seemed rushed and forced. One last note: This is Christian Fantasy, but its not preachy, and I was able to enjoy the story of the King without feeling like it was copied from the Bible. Highly recommended!

13-06-2025wonderful book! I really love this author. While I read a lot of books, there arent many authors who write consistently great Christian fiction, but Rachel is one of them. She shows the truth about our God; His love for us, His hate of sin, His judgment, and His coming Kingdom. She shows it all in a way that keeps you riveted, and wanting to know what will happen next. She shows sin for the evil it is without trying to pretty it up. She shows too, the difference between the worlds love and Gods love, and how very powerful it is. Great book and series!

Greater than one weekI enjoyed this book very much and will more than likely read the other books as well. It kept me on the edge the entire time and even though I knew what the ending might be it still was a great book. Would suggest this one for anyone who likes to read books just to read

> 3 dayIf you enjoy the fantasy of Lewis, Tolkien, and Stephen Lawhead, you will enjoy the works of Rachel Starr Thomson. The Seventh World Trilogy has compelling characters, an engaging adventurous plot with surprising twists written with a strong moral compass. Im so glad to have found this author!
