> 24 hourI got it as a gift and the person receiving it likes it for how cold it keeps things for days. Ive since learned more about the company and I like the company. It arrived with a plastic-y smell. I left it open for the weekend and it is fine now. ...Happy I bought this very pricey cooler for a very happy recipient.

> 24 hourI gave it only 4 stars because the handles are just a bit too small. Makes it difficult to carry.

> 24 hourBought this high end expensive cooler. I take it out the box to see that I bought a $300 stool. The plug was missing making this thing useless. I have also noticed that the cooler has marks and scratches all over it, I thought maybe from being delivered but the box was not damaged. I have reached out to yeti about it and still waiting on if they will send me a plug or not. Depending on how that goes I might just give up and return it..

> 24 hourI now own Two Yetis and will own more. Solid, Sturdy and the list goes on. Living in Arizona the extreme heat is cruel to regular ice chests. I did a test between my old ice chest and the Yeti. I filled both with ice and left them in my garage in the middle of summer with 122 degree heat outside so inside the garage had to be brutal. The other ice chest lasted 2 days. The Yeti had ice for 5 days. Most compelling though (and I show this to friends) every time I checked the ice I would close the lid and within seconds you could pull on the Yeti straps and the top would not open because it created a vacuum so strong you had to yank on the lid. Thats a powerful cooler with an incredible seal. The pricing is above average but it will be the last cooler you ever buy.

> 24 hourWe have wanted either a cooler that can plug into 12 volt or electric or a better one like a Yeti. We had ordered a plug in cooler but it came damaged so we returned it and figured if it can crack apart that easy in shipping it would not hold up camping. We have heard Yetis hold ice and coolness a long time so decided to try on and very happy to report after 8 days still had some of our original frozen ice bottles. Now in a warmer climate we are using ice and in and out of it and it still retains the ice for days, very happy!

> 24 hourI had no issues with this cooler. Holds my ice a few days about 4 days then it turns to cold water. This would be when I fill it about 75 percent with ice or 15 pounds of ice. I can sit on it no issues. Perfect size for a lunch and a few drinks or an 18 pack of beer.
