The most I appreciate is the fast delivery! I like the extensions of the window slide, so it can be install vertically.

I bought this because of the raving reviews, dont believe them. I have no idea how this piece of garbage got 4 and a half stars. It kinda fits in the Window, thats about it. It flexes as if made of stiff rubber, its own attachment falls out at the slightest glance (terrible since its for you know a portable AC thats on WHEELS), its white. Avoid this piece of garbage cash grab that prolly cost them actual CHANGE to make so they can gouge your money. My recommendation, just take some measurements, buy a piece of junk wood, cut it out, cut out a circle, and put it in the window. Easy. Another piece of crud that will just end up in a landfill somewhere. Because it is flexible, it can bend and popup. Installation was ok, I will give them that but because there is only like half a centimeter, anyone with a window that overlaps the darn thing will have issues (like me).

The only thing Id suggest for this kit is to add weather seal tape, a hose to drain the water & a 2nd duct end.

My new AC didnt come with parts to fit to the window I needed to put it in. These were a good solution and not overly priced.

I purchased 2 of these kits. Both kits did not come with the weather stripping that is supposed to be included. Also there is nothing that secures each panel in place, so they continuously slide down when in a vertical position. There’s got to be a better product out there that actually comes with some sort of lock in place connection

This works exactly as expected and was very easy to setup. Make sure to measure the diameter of the hose you have on your current AC unit before you order and you’ll be good to go!

Our portable ACs hose keeps falling out even though it is the correct size. This is probably the sixth time Ive woken up to my babys room in the high 80s because the hose fell out and is blowing hot air into her room (terrifying). Im going to have to secure it with duct tape or something. Very disappointed.

This product worked well and fit perfectly on my vertical slider window. The added insulation really helped keep out noise and weather.

The air conditioner duct and window piece to vent the hot air out is very heavy duty and absolutely perfect! Got here fast. Goes together easily. Very happy with it!
