Installed over head of bed in RV w/ power switch to conserve battery. Pic shows w/ power on & reading of 13.8 volts on shore power. Second pic taken w/ rocker switch off & 1 of 2 ports in use. Cover slips in place when cords are removed. I’m planning on installing another similar set-up under a weatherproof snap-cover to charge devices when I’m sitting outside. I like this plug & adding a cut-off switch reduces drain on the battery. I have not used it much as yet so cannot report on it’s longevity. The voltmeter reads accurately. So far I would buy it again.

I installed this on my motorcycle in the lid of a waterproof compartment (actually the radio box on my 2003 R1150RT) so this needed to be watertight. Turns out it is, after having ridden in a couple of downpours. I bought stainless steel and rubber washers large enough to go over the threads, and used those under the plastic locking nut. The voltmeter is a nice touch, and is pretty accurate: its reading agrees with my 4-1/2 digit DMM.

Replacing the cigarette lighter with this recessed double USB adapter was a great addition. Plus, it displays the voltage being generated by the alternator so I can see that my charging system is working. Ive put these in three of my cars so far, and theyre reliable.

Easy to install, work as described.

This item was a breeze to install and works perfectly, took maybe 20 minutes max, and is solid aluminum just as advertised. I replaced the lighter outlet in my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500. I used a Dremel tool to open the hole in the plastic panel just a tiny bit to allow for it to insert. Made connections to the existing lighter wiring and I was in business. I used 2 heat shrink butt connectors to the stock wiring. Can confirm that it does fast charge using both ports separately and together. Voltmeter gives the same reading as my multimeter. Will be buying more.

I instlled it in my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 today. It not only looks but it woorks great! I had to open to the port just a bit. Easy to do with a Dremal . Nice added feature is seeing the battery voltage on it. Reason for a 4 star is nothing to do with the product function it is the thickness of the rubber tht covers the port and how it fits my truck. Lets see if it soften ups with time.

Love this charger with the voltage indicator. Just makes me feel good anytime I’m in the garage and I walk past the UTV and I can (at a quick glance) see the charge level of the battery.

I just received and installed this YonHan QC3.0 into my vehicle and immediately noticed it reports a voltage different from another voltage display I have connected to the same power source (see image). So I pulled out my volt meter to see what was going on and at my Battery my volt meter showed 12.38 vdd, at the circuit of my existing USB outlet with Volt display it shows 12.38 vdd (which the device accurately rounds up to 12.4), but this new QC3.0 connected to the very same power circuit only shows 12.1 vdd! I really want to give this product 1-star but have awarded 2 stars due to both USB outlets work (+1 star) and according to my phone they both have a charging output current of 2.4 Amps which is nice (+1 star). But come awn, the voltage display is not rocket science so it being off is -2 stars and also the body of this device is extremely long (likely due to using the same housing to fit a cigarette lighter) that I had to modify panels behind my console to fit this long item (-1 star) (the body/housing is about 6 times longer than the required length of a male USB plug; It could be made much, much shorter. Also, the spade connectors protrude straight out which add another 3 or 4 USB plug lengths once you have your wires connected. So overall this device is nearly 10 times longer than a USB plug itself which is pretty ridiculous). I have requested a replacement and will update this review once it arrives. UPDATE 5/14/2019 I received the replacement and it ALSO incorrectly reports voltage. I have lowered my review from 2 to 1-star. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement replaced? I might just return everything and go with another brand...
