> 24 hourSo far this is the best backpack I have had. I travel a lot and contract overseas. This bag is literally used to try single day. It is durable and holds a lot. Had to walk on the rain and nothing inside got wet. Where the computer goes is the best I’ve seen. Couldn’t ask for anything better at a really great price.

> 24 hourIt’s hard to find a truly great backpack for frequent travel at a bargain price. This bag has been a compromise between AWESOME and ADEQUATE. New out of the box, it was pretty good. Adequate room, good layout, comfortable, and easy to pack. There is room for a full size laptop, tablet, all the cords and plugs, a couple days work of clothes, notebooks, etc. Check your main bag, and use this as your Go Bag. My only disappointment has been minor - durability. Some secondary stuff tore or separated (no big deal), while the bag as a whole is still quite functional and comfortable. To date: 2 years of use, 2 dozen trans Atlantic flights plus a couple others within Europe, and daily use to/from the office. I have more than gotten my money’s worth out of the bag.

> 24 hourI have been using this bag for one year and now its still intact and performs perfect job. It can really carry a LOT of staff and the separate storage for laptop can protect the laptop really well. It is a really quality backpack and worth the money.

> 24 hourThis backpack is so well constructed, I couldnt BELIEVE how well constructed it is. Its a beautiful backpack. Its the kind of workmanship/craftsmanship that you dont really expect anymore when so many things are cheaply made. I bought this backpack to replace one that I had had for over 10 years. I retired from teaching after 20 years to go back to college to get my masters in communication. I needed a backpack that would stand up to the pressures of college life. I needed a backpack that would carry my new laptop safely PLUS all the other gear that I would need to cart to campus every day. I dont live on campus. I take the bus and I do a lot of walking. The backpack seemed perfect. It had enough compartments and zippered places to store all of my books, folders, and all the other things I had to bring with me. Since I dont live on campus and were subject to weather/temperature changes here in Hawaii, I also needed changes of clothing. This backpack fit IT ALL! Which... made it way too heavy for me to carry. Im 54 and when the backpack was fully loaded, it was too heavy for me to carry. The shoulder straps covered most of my chest, making it difficult to breathe. The bag by itself is heavier than Im used to, but when I put all my stuff in it, the combined weight caused my back/joint problems to flare up. I was SO disappointed. I REALLY wanted to keep this bag, so I tested it out for a month to see if I could get used to the weight. I could not. I contacted the company and explained all that and asked if they had a smaller bag with similar construction. They were WONDERFUL. I got an IMMEDIATE answer (on a weekend) expressing regret that the bag was contributing to back problems and how they really wanted to help make the situation better and to my liking. We ended up exchanging a few emails as they made a suggestion for a replacement bag. Both people that responded to my lengthy emails were gracious and helpful. I was SURPRISED at JUST how helpful they were. And even when I eventually had to return it, they were STILL being incredibly warm and helpful. You dont see that kind of customer service which is why Im rating the backpack so high. I do not think its a good backpack for young children or smaller/smallish women... but for people used to carrying heavier loads it would be PERFECT. I could also see it being a really good travel backpack even if you werent carrying a laptop. If they EVER come up with a smaller, lighter backpack... Id be the first person in line to buy it!

> 24 hourI love this backpack. I had a hard time finding anything that would carry my laptop while I traveled or even to the local coffee shop. This backpack not only fits my laptop, mouse, pad and power cord, it also can be packed with 2 days of clothing. I have used this while flying as my one carry-on item. I just pack my purse in one compartment and the laptop in the padded back compartment. If I run out of room in my luggage, I can add the excess to this backpack. I can fit it under the seat in front of me or in the overhead compartment. I would recommend this backpack.

> 24 hourWhat do you do when your teen goes through backpacks 2 or 3 in a year? Complains its not big enough for their laptop, schoolwork, Xbox, umbrella, and condoms. Well, you buy this tough son of a bitch. Yes, he broke one of the zippers after 4 months, but other than that he got through the entire school year walking through the rain and snow without busting it wide open or breaking off the top carrying strap. So what did he do to finally ruin it? He left his old gym clothes in there all summer from June until August. The smell was too much for us to clean, so we just bought a new one. Six months in and even the zippers are holding up.

> 24 hourIt has plenty of space and different sizes and types of compartments. The side straps do get in the way of the zippers if you leave them clipped. The rubber handle has broken on one side already (after 2 months) and I only take this to and from work so its not abused by airline travel.

> 24 hourI am a teacher and use this daily. I am able to fit my laptop, papers to grade, lunch bag, coffee cup, and sweater, with room to spare. I highly recommend this bag and will reorder when I need to replace it. Ive had it for three years and it is just starting to show some wear.

> 24 hourI purchased this a year ago haul my 17MBP, cables, and assorted computer stuff, along with any travel needs. It has functioned well, with no rips or tearing in spite of some rather heavy abuse at times. The top carry handle, which gets most of the abuse, seems as good as new. It held my (sadly now retired) 17 laptop with a bit of room to spare. The aux battery pocket is large enough to take my large battery. The number of pockets, placement, and access allows me to carry in a (relatively, for me) organized way all the accessories I need to use, and there is still enough room for a few days worth of clothing and a toiletry kit when on the road. Overall a very nice bag.
