Lots of storage space. Zippers smooth to operate. I have NEVER been able to fill this backpack and I have travelled with this backpack with my baby who was an infant and who is now 3! Fits my things and her travel necessities.

my sons high school does not have lockers..he has used this bookbag since September carrying a lot of weight on a regular basis. It is of quality material & holds all of his needs. We were somewhat disappointed that it did not hold up for longer but understand things happen! It ripped in the front & inside near the seem of front pocket.. I notified the company as soon as I noticed. They were apologetic & asked for photos. I included them & a replacement backpack was here very quickly. I really appreciate their customer service & warranty. We will purchase more from them.

Have had it since pre-Covid. Very durable and I use it almost daily. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room but charging port to bag don’t work.

I was looking for a backpack not too large and not too small to use for everyday and travel. Had to be built fairly tough, have different arrangeable pockets. Have good reviews and be nice looking. I did research a lot of the bags. This bag checked all the boxes. Awesome bag. Meets my needs.

I have owned many backpacks over the years, and I can honestly say this is the best backpack I have ever owned, and it costs less than some smaller backpacks I have owned (which had fewer features)! Its the best of both worlds because its water-resistant like an outdoor backpack, yet has enough space to carry a full-size laptop, several books, binders, writing utensils, and any other odds and ends you might need. I think I can fit a 1-person tent into this backpack! The weight distribution on this backpack is excellent. I get bouts of headaches and pain in my neck and back which means I have to be careful about putting too much strain on them; with this backpack, all the weight I used to feel in my and back while wearing my last backpack is now distributed in such a way that I dont have any additional pain from carrying around my school supplies. For such high-quality work, I am more than willing to pay $56! Great job, guys! Youve earned a repeat customer in me!

Great for short trip traveling

Hello Cindy- (per your email dated 04/09/2019) I was initially please with the backpack that I bought at your store - size and sections that I can maximize my stuff for travel. This was bought bought primarily on my trip to Europe 1st week of April (across the pond). My problem came when at the airport, I was walking briskly not to miss my flight to Paris - twice the zipper unto the laptop storage section gave way - totally through the point where the strap was holding it. I packed some clothes but not heavy enough or bulky enough to force the zipper through. I have to buy additional luggage strap to contain the incidental break of the zipper. My feedback was not to demand a refund - nice looking back pack but zipper ripped / disengaged twice thru walking to the tarmack was one plenty to happen. There was also a follow-up email to make sure that they have indeed reached out to me to communicate that the issue will be addressed with the manufacturer and the chance of replacing the unit. There will be always a chance of defective unit sent out not by design but it is how being addressed by the vendor and willingness to rectify the situation - whether a price point is less than $100 or more than $1000...gesture and acknowledgement counts. I have not used this backpack yet but I was looking for something that I could take as a carry-on for an international trip after receiving this it is very well made it has a lot of extra pockets to put your things in a little bit separated you can also carry a laptop and other electronic devices it has a plug for your battery to charge your phone or devices that plugs right into the side of it it also has a headphone area that you can plug into through the top of the bag the zippers are all well-made and the color is black with red trim I picked this color due to the fact my other hard sided luggage that I will be taking a long is all black I will update my review after use but so far I am well pleased
