> 3 dayWe bought this backpack in Aug 2019. My middle schooler has had at least 50 lbs of supplies stuffed in his backpack for 2.5 years and there is no signs of stress on any of the seams. Heavy duty

> 3 dayWhat do you do when your teen goes through backpacks 2 or 3 in a year? Complains its not big enough for their laptop, schoolwork, Xbox, umbrella, and condoms. Well, you buy this tough son of a bitch. Yes, he broke one of the zippers after 4 months, but other than that he got through the entire school year walking through the rain and snow without busting it wide open or breaking off the top carrying strap. So what did he do to finally ruin it? He left his old gym clothes in there all summer from June until August. The smell was too much for us to clean, so we just bought a new one. Six months in and even the zippers are holding up.

> 3 dayI was looking for a backpack not too large and not too small to use for everyday and travel. Had to be built fairly tough, have different arrangeable pockets. Have good reviews and be nice looking. I did research a lot of the bags. This bag checked all the boxes. Awesome bag. Meets my needs.

> 3 daymy sons high school does not have lockers..he has used this bookbag since September carrying a lot of weight on a regular basis. It is of quality material & holds all of his needs. We were somewhat disappointed that it did not hold up for longer but understand things happen! It ripped in the front & inside near the seem of front pocket.. I notified the company as soon as I noticed. They were apologetic & asked for photos. I included them & a replacement backpack was here very quickly. I really appreciate their customer service & warranty. We will purchase more from them.

> 3 dayOverall, as a college student that frequently traveled, the bag fulfilled my basic needs. It held my notebooks, laptop, accessories and spare clothes with room to spare. The actual bag is very roomy. However, I had a few issues. - Mold grew on one of the outer pockets after about a month. Very difficult to get off, and not sure where it came from since I live in a dry environment. -Not enough internal storage compartments. There was not enough inside pockets to put my earbuds, phone, sunglasses, and other accessories. Other than the small outside pocket, which is prone to getting crushed/stolen, and an even smaller pocket above it, I had to shove them all into the bag. Aside from the laptop compartment, the main two compartments dont really have enough inside pockets. Pros: - lots of room - backpack is able to stand up by itself. - good quality handle Edit: their customer service was very good, and I was sent a replacement bag for the mold.

> 3 dayIt’s hard to find a truly great backpack for frequent travel at a bargain price. This bag has been a compromise between AWESOME and ADEQUATE. New out of the box, it was pretty good. Adequate room, good layout, comfortable, and easy to pack. There is room for a full size laptop, tablet, all the cords and plugs, a couple days work of clothes, notebooks, etc. Check your main bag, and use this as your Go Bag. My only disappointment has been minor - durability. Some secondary stuff tore or separated (no big deal), while the bag as a whole is still quite functional and comfortable. To date: 2 years of use, 2 dozen trans Atlantic flights plus a couple others within Europe, and daily use to/from the office. I have more than gotten my money’s worth out of the bag.

> 3 dayIve had this bag for a couple of years. I wore it on my bike going to school. Its worn fairly well on the exterior. But the linings/dividers on the inside are thin and sewn porly. They have worn holes where semi-sharp objects (like pens) were held and the interior sitching has come apart in places. Does it still work? Yes. The outside has held together well so I dont have anything falling out. Do I think its fair for the price? Yes. Could I have paid more for a better bag? Yes.

> 3 dayLooking for a backpack that will carry all you need and still fit under an airplane seat? This is the bag for you. Not only is it spacious, but it has lots of pockets so you can stay organized and you dont have to dig through your pack to find something. It is big enough to carry the following: - my 15 lenovo laptop (with room to spare) and the charger (which is big) - my noise cancelling, over-the-ear headphones - a couple of books - a couple of magazines - lunch - snacks - sunglasses - large water bottle - ipod nano - powerbank - light jacket - iPad - pencils, erasers, earplugs, etc. - various cords and adapters for my devices - and there is still lots of room left over. Nicely padded straps and a padded back make it comfortable to carry. It even has an extra strap that allows me to slip it over the extendable handle of my rolling suitcase. It is durable and looks to be water resistant (although I havent tried that out). And, you cant beat it for the price!

> 3 dayHello Cindy- (per your email dated 04/09/2019) I was initially please with the backpack that I bought at your store - size and sections that I can maximize my stuff for travel. This was bought bought primarily on my trip to Europe 1st week of April (across the pond). My problem came when at the airport, I was walking briskly not to miss my flight to Paris - twice the zipper unto the laptop storage section gave way - totally through the point where the strap was holding it. I packed some clothes but not heavy enough or bulky enough to force the zipper through. I have to buy additional luggage strap to contain the incidental break of the zipper. My feedback was not to demand a refund - nice looking back pack but zipper ripped / disengaged twice thru walking to the tarmack was one plenty to happen. Thank you... - Amado Update: 05/10/2019 Follow-up email from Mak: Thanks for giving us a chance to make it right. In order to rectify what you have experienced, we already resent this product to you. Estimated Delivery Date for These Items: Friday, May 10, 2019. Please waite with patience. Are you satisfied with our service? We are deeply appreciated if you could re-share your shopping experience on Amazon, which will encourage us to make better. I have received replacement - it is not so much about the replacement but the gesture of reaching out to the customer is most important. It is not an acknowledgement of failure but a true customer service. There was also a follow-up email to make sure that they have indeed reached out to me to communicate that the issue will be addressed with the manufacturer and the chance of replacing the unit. There will be always a chance of defective unit sent out not by design but it is how being addressed by the vendor and willingness to rectify the situation - whether a price point is less than $100 or more than $1000...gesture and acknowledgement counts. Thank you for listening - made a lot of difference and am changing my experience rating.
