So tired of the halogen bulbs burning out and producing heat inside my freezer. These LEDs are cool to the touch and its also much brighter than that existing halogen bulb.

Easy installation, although unscrewing the bulbs was pretty hazardous as I had to use a towel, they got hot immediately. I feel the light output is in blue light spectrum than my prior bulbs, the safety is outstanding with these... read below. I had an accident with this fridge 7-8 years ago, And ever since I wondered why hot bulbs are even used in these appliances? My fridge beeps if the door is left open or kept open for more than 15 seconds or so but I didn’t hear it, The door was left slightly ajar but enough to keep the light on. The bulbs got so hot, they Melted plastic housing around them, ruined food, what a mess and so much smoke. Smelled so bad for days. Ever since then, even after repairs were completed, I was set on changing the bulbs to LED once they were widely available to avoid another accident. If your fridge came without LED bulbs, I would recommend changing them to avoid pure accidents like that. Just received product. Screws into socket but the design of the socket is not compatible with the shape of the new LED bulbs. The plastic base of the bulb contacts the socket rim keeping the center contact of the bulb from reaching the bottom contact of the socket. However, the bulb will work great in a small lamp with a shade does on rely on hooking on the bulb. I am keeping the product.

These things are bright. I replaced 1 burned out and 1 old bulb in my Kenmore fridge. Works fine and is super bright. I like that its a cool blue light vs the amber / warm light.

I needed a 60W replacement bulb for my refrigerator. Bought this because the product description states its a 60W replacement. The package clearly states its a 40W replacement. Returned immediately.

These worked fine, but one of two failed just short of their year warranty, and there is no clear contact method for claiming warranty replacement.

These were a great replacement for our older fridge. They screwed into the same socket and were exactly the same size as the incandescent bulbs we took out. The light is much whiter (color temperature) but that is what we were looking for. They have been in for a few weeks and havent dimmed, changed color or burned out. So far very satisfied with the product.

I ordered these bulbs for a burned-out incandescent light bulb in my refrigerator. They work GREAT and they really light up my refrigerator. The old incandescent bulbs had a yellow tint to them. These new bulbs are like daylight. It looks like I have a brand-new fridge when you open the door! I see some reviews that stated the bulbs were too big: These are the same size as the original incandescent bulbs. In the part description, A15 refers to the bulb size. A15 is the smallest bulb in this category. The E26 refers to the base (i.e., the part you screw into the socket). E26 is the same size BASE as what you use in your lamps and overhead lights. Another review mentioned they flickered when the door was opened. I have not experienced that. One positive review mentioned they are much cooler (temperature-wise) than the old incandescent bulb. I believe them, but I was curious. So I did a test. I screwed one of the bulbs into my desk lamp and turned it on for 10 minutes, turned it off, and unscrewed it by hand. It was not warm at all. Certainly, you would not leave your frig door open for 10 minutes! LOL! This time I only ordered enough to replace the burned-out bulb. My frig takes three bulbs in total. After I saw how great they looked I ordered more bulbs to replace the bulbs that have not burned out yet! I just installed the three bulbs, so I do not know about longevity.
