heats very well! Definitely needs a thermostat attached... tested it before leaving it alone and it got to 115 degrees (F) before I unplugged it and ordered a thermostat.

Sticks on side of tank so one does not risk burning underside of where cage is kept. Lets not forget that this comes with the reward points!!!

Bought this to keep hummingbird feeders from freezing. Its doing the job and the birds that over-winter here are happy.

This product was easy to install and stuck right to the bottom of the tank with no problems. The only issue is that it doesnt heat the tank well. I have a 50 gallon tank and it stays about 76 degrees with this mat but I really need it to stay above 80. I had to invest in an additional heat lamp to keep the temperature up.

Do not buy this product it barely provides any heat at all!!!

First time using this brand for UTH. I will never buy this brand again, after a week it started to unstick itself!!! I have other brands that have been on tanks for years and they have no issue. Not sure how they dont see this as a problem when they manufacture it; unless they dont do QC on their own products.

Got this for my ball python viv. Works great.

I have been using this to maintain a 70 degree temperature inside a cooler that houses a beer fermented. Maintains a perfect 70 deg at all times. (I do have it on a GFCI outlet just in case fermentation gets a bit to active.)

It doesnt get the bottom of the tank warm until after hours of use...however, my tortoise tends to sleep on top of it, so Im guessing she can feel that there is some warmth. I keep it on 24/7 so that it is warm enough for her at night. The glue that is supposed to keep it stuck to the glass sucks, though...but I keep it underneath anyways, so whatever.

Worked as advertised. I use it to keep hummingbird feeder thawed out.
