> 3 dayId really leave no stars for this is I could. We ordered these to be sent to our house which we were moving into. Which they were. We got here yesterday and put them onto brand new, clean tanks last night. This morning we came in and both beaters fell off of the tanks because the glue wouldnt hold them on. My lizards are both frozen and had better not get sick. Not only that but these heaters were sitting on a wood floor all night now as well. This entire purchase was an expensive waste.

> 3 dayThe heating pad has not worked since first day. Waited a few days and still not heating. Had to connect my thermometer to the heat lamp to regulate the tank temp. I contacted the seller for a refund. Refund will be credited upon receipt of the product. Well, it has very strong sticky adhesive and it is stuck on the bottom of a heavy 20 gallon tank. There is no way to get this off the tank without damaging the tank. I tried to contact seller; nothing

> 3 dayBe careful when pulling off the little cover before sticking it, it had pulled the adhesive straight off the actual mat but luckily I noticed pretty quick. It does heat well and it was a good deal for the size compared to pet stores. The adhesive doesnt seem very good at least for tubs as I had to tape it a few days after putting it on.

> 3 dayThis is not meant to be a high end way of heating an enclosure but the fact that it pretty much won’t stick to the bottom of the enclosure is frustrating. I had to place the mat on a silicone cooking sheet to maintain its contact to the bottom. Make sure you also connect this to a thermostat to be able to dial in the right temp setting you need.
