> 3 dayWorks great. Much more affordable than going to the pet store. These bulbs are vital to my bearded dragon and I hate spending close to 30 bucks in the pet store for them.

> 3 dayGOOD LIGHT, LASTED ABOUT A YEAR. GIVEN THE GAS BULD DESING, SHOULD HAVE LASTED YEARS AS MY OTHER FLORESCENT LIGHTS. DOESNT MAKE SENSE, BUT 12 BUCKS A YEAR FOR MY SAVED PAINTED TURLTE, IM OK WITH IT. - J ROCK BABY

> 3 dayTypically UVB is said to last for around four-six months, if you have a UVB reader some have been known to output for up to a year (or longer) nicely. Since I dont have a reader I always change out at six months and have it inside a ZooMed deep dome. For UVB output ZooMed is considered one of the higher end brands and so far its held up that title. My beardie uses it and Ive never had a problem (hes healthy, happy & and free of MBD) with it and for the price it works great considering how much you can spend on a UVB bulb. It does put out a little heat but no more than your average fluorescent light. Ive never had a problem with the light shorting or any other technical problems but you never know what can happen with shipping or human error. It comes in the pictured packaging usually shipped inside those bubblewrap envelopes.

> 3 dayJust opened my package and the bulb came cracked, and the bottom metal part looks “cooked”. Definitely used already and repacked. Uncool.
