> 24 hourMy 21” Samsonite carryon, which had barely been used, needed new wheels. It had been stored in a hot garage for quite some time and the plastic on the original wheels started to crack. I was pleased to find these because I didn’t want to throw the suitcase away. Installation requires a lot of patience. The external part with the wheels is a good fit; however, I couldn’t get the internal backing plates and the new screws to fit, so I reused the original ones. It worked well!

> 24 hourThe wheels were for my large Coleman suitcase which stopped rolling smoothly after one trip. These replacement wheels are generic and may fit your suitcase perfectly or need some fitting (enlarging/shifting holes to match the screw bosses for the new wheels) like it did for mine. After some sweat and fitting and re-fitting, the wheels are working well and handled a 60lb overloaded suitcase with no problems. Time will tell if they will last.

> 24 hourThese wheels were purchased to replace originals on older Samsonite carry-on bag. The external units fit existing holes. However, internal plates and screws had to be switched with those from the original wheels, in order for the wheels to be securely attached, which took considerable effort to accomplish.

> 24 hourWheel pins broke off from my wheel when we picked the luggage up at baggage claim. Not how you want to start a trip. Also these wheels dont spin in a straight line and are frustrating to use. Want a refund

> 24 hourI replaced the wheels of my American tourister small luggage carryon. The original wheels had gone bare with use and wear-tear. These new wheels had screw holes slightly farther than the holes for the curve of my bag. But I was able to fit the screw holes through. And attached the screws on with the inner covers. They could make the screw holes slightly closer and provide longer screws - that might solve the problem.. I almost thought to return them after trying once. Knocked off a star because I havent used it yet. Will travel next month.. hopefully they survive.

> 24 hourThere were no instructions. Screws were too short. Very difficult to install.

> 24 hourInstallation was difficult and the wrong length screws were sent. The screws also required washers to hold and not pull through the plastic and fabric of my luggage. The wheels only wanted to roll in one direction, not Omni directional like most luggage wheels. Lasted two trips before I was frustrated enough to by new luggage, not a good experience.

> 24 hourUsed to replace damaged wheels on a suitcase. Easy replacement and extended the life of a great suitcase. The suitcase is a knockoff TravelPro.

> 24 hourThe replacement wheels perfectly matched the old ones, except for the colour. I wanted brown but this colour is not available.

> 24 hourThey are as close as exact replacement that you are going to find for this big Samsonite bag. The backing plates that come with it are a bit thicker than the original and made installation a pain. I reused one of the original backing plates from Samsonite because I got tired of fighting with the one that was included. I reused the original screws because they were longer and they needed to be to reach through the bag to grab the wheel. Installation took longer than it should have but thats life. The bag swivels like a brand new suitcase. Money well spent.
