1/4 Inch 6x12 Aluminum Sheet 6061-T6 Aluminum Tooling Flat Sheet Plate Bar Mill Stock

Very clean, well packed for shipping. The corners had had hard plastic corners on it to protect it if it were to get dropped on an end or edge. Wrapped in a protective film so there was no oxidation. It is a bit expensive but I couldnt find anything in this size near me so I mark it up to the cost of shipping and handling. Its exactly what I was expecting.

This plate was exactly what I needed. Do be aware that it is NOT 6 X 12 as advertised, however - its more like 5 15/16 X 11 7/8 . This was fine for my application, but if you need exactly 6 X 12, this isnt it.

Drilled a bunch of holes and used these as extension plates for a camper, to be able to squeeze the truck in better. They are strong and the dimensions were accurate. No burrs. A better price would have meant I purchased more. Still a little on the high side, but after searching Lowes/Home depot with no luck, made sense to go this route.

Actual measurements 5.98 x 11 7/8. It has cut edges on all 4 sides that are rough enough to require milling off another 0.05 or so. Not bad for what it is, but dont buy it expecting it to be a hair over 12 cutoff from an actual 6in flat bar like you might get from a metal supplier.

I needed just a small piece it fit the bill. Inexpensive enough. It did arrive in real good condition, smooth enough. Shear cut from sheet material.

Only surprise was when we tried to (slowly) bend the plate on a press, it snapped after only getting to a slight bend...so, not maleable.
