1st: make sure you order the correct type! Polarized or non polarized. Current day plugs are polarized. I believe its only old time xmas lights etc that are non polarized. I had no idea about this topic until I read another review. So I googled it and was glad I did. I think I would have ordered non polarized not knowing the difference. I bought this for my new toaster that (like another reviewer mentioned) has a super short cord. Its perfect! Will definitely keep in mind for the future.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I had purchased a booster to plug in a CD player in my new car, but the outlet required a little more room than was present. This 12 inch cord fit the bill perfectly. It is sturdy, polarized and flexible.

This is just what i needed since the extension cord wasnt long enough. It wS for a light so the extra ground didnt matter.
