Isnt universal couldnt use as intended to extend tv power cord so now paper weight

None of the standard two prong plugs in my house fit in this cord. Most plugs have one side a bit taller than the other but this cord does not account for this fact.

Its the right length, color and good quality. Good description on Amazon. Helped me make the right choice.
