I treated myself to these spring loaded center punches for workings in my hobby shop; mostly on metals. The price is very fair. As mentioned in other reviews; one of the units is needing some internal repairs to ensure the punch reloads for repetitive punches. It does not always return to the offset internal position for pushing on punch spring loads. It does include 2 extra pins and they are chrome plated to enhance durability. The punch points are needing a bit more striking angle and point, but that would decrease point longevity. All in all, I would purchase this product for the price again.

Ive had numerous of these spring hammerless cemter punches, but these are nothing impressive at all. I have what I thought was the cheapest one from Harb@% Freight and that one works much better than these! That isnt saying much. I was trying to use them again today to mark for holes in some 1/8 mild steel and finally gave up and went to the old manual punch and hammer. I will be contacting the supplier for a replacement or refund.

Bought a pair. One for each auto. Heavy duty center punch. It would be nice if it had a storage sleeve to toss it in your pocket or glove box. No complaints.

I really thought these center punches would be cheap. I was wrong. They are heavy, come with an extra set of punches. You can reduce or increase the pressure for whatever you need to create a center punch on. Im very impressed with this product. I like how its made. It has a diamond pattern texture that provides extra grip to hold onto it. If I ever needed to buy another center punch, I would buy these again, no doubt. I definitely didnt waste my money buying these.

Ive been using this little punch for a couple of weeks. It works well for me and I feel like its something I should have purchased earlier. It has a good, firm feel and leaves a good indentation in my wood pieces to help me center drill holes.
