I bought these for my co-workers as an Xmas present. For the price they are nice durable punches and come with spare punch heads.

Used about ten times, and it would no longer click punck.......JUNK

I ordered 2 center punches that appeared the same on the Amazon website. This one was substantially cheaper, and now I know why. After testing both center punches on a sheet of plywood, this one stopped working after 3 punches. It lacks the spring power needed to make a dimple in relatively soft wood, so I am certain it would never leave any mark on hardwood or metals as it should. There are other options available, so I recommend choosing one of those over this one.

Its hard for me to do sometimes. My husband and I do woodworking but sometimes Im not strong enough to do it. But love the way it marks the whole.

Got these to punch rivets out of a car window regulator with a hammer so I could drill them out. Got the job done!

every one needs one of these to accurately mark a spot without requiring a hammer and another hand. Just position the point and press down on the tool until the spring loaded tool places a nice dent without requiring a hammer. Get a couple now. If you don’t need 2 give one to a friend.

This center punch doesnt make a good indentation in steel applications. Half the time it doesnt work also. Im constantly trying to repair it.
