My niece needed a laptop for her remote learning. She loves this laptop.

I only used my laptop 3 times and it’s having problems it freezing I can turn it off or reboot it! Never been dropped or water damage

Ive been battling this computer for a month now. Customer service has failed with HP. They dont call back and they dont seem to have any solution other than sending back at my cost. I am in zoom classes for college and I cant afford to be without a computer. You would think that in the current world situation that they could be a little more accomodating. I have done all that I can do. I have finally determined that it is a memory module problem. If you find a company that can help you, I would suggest you go with them and not hp.

This laptop was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived a day sooner than expected and I had no issues with packaging. Im not super knowledgeable about computers but I had information from a really helpful person at a big electronics chain. This laptop had everything he said I should look for. I am not a gamer, I use it for grad school and everyday stuff so it is perfect for me. I have only had it for a few days, but so far I love it. At this point, I would definitely recommend it!

Battery life is awful. Won’t hold a charge for more than an hour. Never over charged it or left it plugged in.

This laptop has a Windows 10S Home operating system which means it will only allow the Edge as your web browser. It will also restrict the type of apps you can load, under the guise of security ( read: only what Microsoft wants) It also forces you to create a Microsoft account for logging in your computer. If you have specific apps you need (perhaps like school required for at home learning) you will have a difficult time getting this laptop to work for you. Amazon really needs to make sure people understand the difference between Windows 10 Home and Windows 10S Home and their information clearly shows the correct operating system. I I would never have made this purchase knowing what I had to learn. If you dont want Microsoft controlling how you use your laptop you dont want this machine.

This is a very nice laptop and the price are great.
