> 3 dayIve wasted time and money on this product as well as with numerous people at hp’s customer service group. Id be unlikely to buy another hp product. I’m hoping that I just got bad luck and most of you are having a better experience.

> 3 dayWe’ve only had the laptop up and running for 2 days, but so far it’s running great. We switched out of “s” mode with no trouble so we could use it with my daughter’s virtual schooling.

Greater than one weekThis has to be one of the worst laptops Ive owned. Ive had nothing but problems and I have owned since July 20th of last year. First the laptop didnt want to charge after 2 hours with hp it it got fixed. A month later the screen shuts off randomly, factory reset the laptop then its fine. Now go to turn it on today and it runs for 5 min then shuts off. Now it wont even turn on. I use this computer at my home for maybe 3 hours a day for YouTube and emails and its been nothing but issues. Ill never own another hp product again. Will update once I spend another headache dealing with customer support

04-06-2025Battery life is awful. Won’t hold a charge for more than an hour. Never over charged it or left it plugged in.

> 3 dayBought this for my kids at-home schooling during the COVID epidemic. It does everything we need plus much more. Were not launching space shuttles, making box office movies, or curing cancer. Were studying butterflies, doing common core math, writing papers, and doing some digital art projects. It works great for those sorts of things!
