> 3 dayMy son had been asking for a gaming set up for forever. I refused (he has 3 different Nintendo gaming systems already). Then along comes Covid & distance learning. Sooo I decided to shop for a laptop that has gaming capabilities; 2 birds, one stone. Much less expensive & a greater value than a gaming computer. The touch screen is an added bonus & truly comes in handy. It truly is light weight so if he needs help with homework he can bring it to me or he can game on the go. For the price it truly did exceed my expectations.

> 3 dayProblems started about 1 month after purchase. 1day after return date,of course!!! Freezes every 5 minutes or so. Tech support,NO help so far. Also had trouble getting it to charge. Had to get tech support twice. Big mistake!!!

Greater than one weekThis laptop was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived a day sooner than expected and I had no issues with packaging. Im not super knowledgeable about computers but I had information from a really helpful person at a big electronics chain. This laptop had everything he said I should look for. I am not a gamer, I use it for grad school and everyday stuff so it is perfect for me. I have only had it for a few days, but so far I love it. At this point, I would definitely recommend it!
