> 3 dayAmazing product. We live in a 2 bedroom and needed the baby to stay in our room for a while. But our room is so light in the afternoons. This product was perfect for us. Made naps/sleeping so much better.

> 3 dayI seriously wish this thing didn’t work so well so I’d have a reason to save the $180. We got it for a few trips coming up and it works SO well for that we decided to also use it to transition our baby out of our closet into his own room across the house. The different vents and flaps make it super versatile. The setup definitely requires a bit of space with how long the tent poles are, but it’s not difficult. I do wish there was an easier way to install a camera at the top. Major upside for me is the temperature insulation that is inevitable with something like this. Our house will start the night at 69° and drop 4-6° by morning if it’s really cold. This helps keep the temperature around 67-70° so I’m not worried about baby being too hot initially and too cold a few hours later.

25-11-2024We were on a family trip and our baby slept “like a baby. “ Even with all the ruckus going on as we tried to get our toddler to sleep in the same room. Greatest purchase ever. And nice quality.

> 3 dayKudos to the ladies who invented the SlumberPod. I went back and forth on whether or not to buy this because at $150, it seemed expensive. We had an upcoming vacation to Europe, though, and the cost of getting suite hotel rooms that would let our 2 year old daughter go to sleep at her normal 8 pm bed time and not require us to have to adhere to lights off at that time, too, was far more. With our daughter in this and a white noise machine going, she could go to sleep at 8 and we could stay up talking, watching tv (volume on low--no action movies) or reading without issue. If wed just used it on our 10 day vacation, it would have more than paid for itself, but now that weve had a second child who will be bunking in our room with us for the next six months, I dont know how we could live without it. Its game changing. I can put baby #2 down for a nap in complete darkness without losing access to our room. My husband and I can both read in bed at night without fear of waking up the baby. I cant stress how much I love this product. Two notes for those of you who bought it/are thinking of buying it: 1. It says to spot clean it and not to put it in the washing machine. I machine washed it on cold and then assembled it while still damp so that it could air dry. No harm done; the product is good as new. 2. The first time I put this together I had a tough time figuring out how to get the second pole in with the first already in place. The trick is to put the pack-n-play in the fabric before you start putting any of the poles in. When I did this, it was much, much easier to get it assembled. Now I can set this up in under two minutes, every time.

> 3 dayUnfortunately, I find this to be really not worth it. Traveling with this sucks because its heavy and doesnt pack down extremely small due to the thickness of the fabric and the aluminum rods for the legs. If youre trying to pack light for air travel or have limited space in a carry on, this feels like a huge waste. However, if you pack smart it can be fitted inside most pack and plays as they have a lot of empty space in between when folded down. Besides that, its pretty inconvenient to set up while traveling if your physical space is limited, like in a small hotel room or cruise ship room because the poles are so insanely long before youre done installing it. Depending on your circumstances its also very annoying to find somewhere to keep it if its not over the crib. Lastly, I had real problems with using it for a toddler. My kid was scared to be inside of it and it wouldve been better to just sleep her in the crib as normal and not keep the lights on too bright at night when us adults werent ready yet to sleep. The window coverings at most hotels are good enough for us that naps can happen while traveling without needing a $200 accessory. It really just did not feel worth it as it didnt improve sleep at all for my child and very barely gave us a tiny benefit of being able to keep lights on for an extra few hours before bed. But the struggle of having our otherwise great sleeper attempt to sleep in a space shes terrified of absolutely made this product worthless for my family. And again, at this price point, it only seems to make sense for babies under 1 and families who are extremely financially comfortable to spend a few hundred dollars on barely-useful accessories.

Greater than one weekHigh five to Amazon for getting this to me two days early right at nap time for our first day of construction at home! Kids rooms are first, so everyone is sleeping with mom and this arrived just in time! Pros: 1. Super soft stretchy material makes it easy to work with putting it over a Hiccapop inflatable toddler bed. I setup our pack-n-play and my toddler’s head and feet touched the top and bottom length wise. I legit had just set it up when this and our Hiccapop inflatable toddler bed arrived at the door just a few minutes later! It fit perfectly over the bed, just had to stretch it over. The stretchy jersey knit fabric plus the open base and tent poles made that easy and didn’t compromise the pod. 2. The net for the fan and the clear plastic pocket for the baby cam are both super easy to access at the top of the pod. 3. You don’t need to buy the fan/pod combo, you can put any small fan in the mesh pouch as it is not a special shape, just a generic pouch. 4. Easy setup. If you’ve ever set up a tent before, you will find this easy and self explanatory. The instructions are on the carrying case that comes with it. I didn’t use the pack-n-play to set up, just did it on the floor like I would a tent. Cons: 1. That price tag is pretty hefty. While I’m happy with the purchase, I still cringe when I think of how much I spent on it. I took the plunge due to how many friends said it was worth it. 2. It’s pretty warm inside, so if you’re not in a cool room, no fan is going to keep it cool, you might just have to keep the window part unzipped and open to get air in.

> 3 dayThis creates a total pitch black pod for our 1 year old to sleep in when we travel. In the past, he woke up due to light or seeing an unfamiliar area and started crying. This sleep pod eliminates all of that. Love the pouch for a monitor and love the fan for circulation (only comes with some models). The only downside is the putting up of the tent. The rods are VERY long and you need quite a bit of space to not knock everything over in the room as you put it together. Taking it down is much easier as the rods collapse as you go.

> 3 dayThis is my first Amazon review but this product deserves it! I can’t put a price on sleeping through the night… it may be pricey but it freaking works! We’re on our way home from a trip and both nights my toddler slept through the night and stayed in his pack and play. He had climbed out recently and wakes up regularly, I needed something to help with those issues. Not only did he stay in, he wanted to get in it, and he slept until 9 AM!!!!! Buy it, you won’t be disappointed! The only negative is set up takes a few minutes. It’s not hard, just takes a little while. 10/10!

> 3 dayYou’re probably spending more per trip on an Airbnb that has more rooms and you need to try to get your kids to sleep somewhere dark/quiet. An absolute essential for traveling for us. Really well built, doesn’t feel cheap at all. High value!
