Easy to setup. Access to all instructions needed are provided with the product. They are great at not displaying sensitive information about product which could cause security concerns as others do. Same day support was provided with complete resolution. They will support you for life. Once system is setup and running, it just works. Not much required thereafter aside from administrative tasks. I plan on expanding in the near future by simply purchasing another one.

This seller says they will support you forever and they mean it. We installed this unit over 2 years ago and the support was great then. I recently had a question and sent them an email and they still responded within an hour with full details of how to address my issue. The product was very easy to install and has great instructions and videos. I had some questions how I could make the product work for my application and support got back to me same day with a tailored text manual and videos to help complete the project. I used this in a commercial application but I think I may even install it at my house.
