I recently had a question and sent them an email and they still responded within an hour with full details of how to address my issue. The system still works great and it saved us thousands of dollars compared to quotes we received to do the same thing. I would highly recommend this product and the seller. Great company!!

05-06-2025Initially I had a problem with the power supply going dead, I contacted support and they sent a replacement promptly, on setup I needed to know a few things, I contacted tech support and a agent called Wood, was very heplful, answering all my questions with a great depth of product knowledge, also connecting with remote assistance at another time to complete and test the system. Because of the 13 hour time difference I would inadvertently contacting Wood after hours and he would always help. Its a pity theres not 6 stars... as the support is first class and product preforms as per purpose. Will purchase again.

The fobs are very convenient and great that you can remove access if one has been lost or if an employee leaves the company. The customer service is great, I have always received a very quick response! I would definitely recommend!

Greater than one weekI ordered the 4 card reader panel with strikes. The install was very easy and the provided instructions helped answer any questions during the install and setup process. Full Disclosure: I am very handy with a technical background which made this install go very well. However, experience isn’t needed if you can follow instructions and have the right tools. The customer support was very responsive and helpful. I emailed a few times to answer some questions (error on my part during install), and they always answered within a day (time difference). I highly recommend this product.
