> 3 dayThis is a very easy to setup and flexible door access system. The customer support is what really stands this product apart from others. I have many of these systems in place but I lost the software license key for one and, anticipating that I would have to purchase a replacement, reached out to the seller. After verifying my order number he sent me a key and told me he would provide support for the life of the product. A very rare occurrence and much appreciated. Ill continue to buy these as long as they make them!

I have been dealing with heavy grade security equipment in Corrections for over 25 years, this is by far the easiest access control system I have ever installed. What makes it the best value is tech support. As soon as you reach out to them, They get right back to you with the easiest solutions. You will not get that kind of service with big Tech companies. Doesn’t matter when you need them either. They are always available. Keep up the good work! If I ever need to install another system, you will definitely be the first I reach out to!

Only issue I had was to turn on pin code only instead of just swiping your fob to gain access to building, But Customer service helped very quickly and also provided a step by step video on how to do it!! Greater than one weekI was skeptical at first just because I’ve never done door access controls. Follow all the instructions by clicking on each link the supplier supplied with the order. The program used to allow access and record of who and what time that privileged employee accessed which door. First setup is really only 3 steps to get it working. The usb reader card is very easy to setup an access card or keychain. Worked perfect using a Ubiquity switch I use for my camera system. Recommend to anyone. Like the supplier states it is a great value.
