Works as expected

Replaced my 15 years old pad which just fell apart. This pad was easy to replace. Used my sander for heave sanding on my porch. It holds up, no sign of breakage. Hope to get another 15 years out of it. If it fails before, Ill redo the review.

needed a replacement and this one worked

Does not fit Roybi model RS115 but they took it back. Good quality but they do not make one that fits my sander. I would recommend it for the correct model. Good quality.

I used it to replace my worn out Ryobi backing pad. It has Velcro, just like original, so the sanding pads attach to it. The hole pattern is exactly the same as the Ryobi. It fits and works just like original.

The quality of this Velcro is not consistent with OEM. It is not really latching on to name brand velcro backed discs and is just tearing them up from the inside. Switched back to Ryobi OEM replacement part and that solve the problem

This was the first time I had to replace this part on my sander. I have had my sander for a little over 10 years. I put this part on, used it to sand 4 pieces of wood for a small desk I am making and it broke! Not worth the money.
